As my husband's health declines, he has had several pressure sores. I purchased this gel cushion to see if it would give him relief. He has used it for the past month and the sore is gone. It is comfortable, it sets in whatever chair he is using without slipping. I recommend anyone with pain or who is in danger of pressure sores to use this cushion. It has been amazing.

It is good for its purpose to relieve pressure points but doesn’t work for me. The texture feels too weird to sit on. It’s squishy but not soft although it does relieve pressure points.

Better Cush for my Tush :) Other seat cushions flattened after an hour. This holds up. One side of the fabric case has little knob buttons for grip, the other side is smooth, zippered for laundry & put back on. Happy Camper here.

Used after surgery when had to remain in a sitting position to sleep and spending a lot of time in bed for days. Unlike other items tried, this one prevented skin breakdown. Now use daily to reduce pressure on hip joint when side sleeping. Works better than my expensive wheelchair cushion.

If you are looking for a not so bulky cushion, this is it. It has a sleek profile and is very lightweight. I purchased the cushion for a relative and the cushion was too thin for their needs, and didn’t offer much protection when having to sit in a wheelchair all day. After a while, it was a bit uncomfortable and the person needed to be constantly adjusting in the chair. This caused the cushion to slip and slide forward, which wasn’t very safe for the wheelchair bound person. However, this is a matter of personal taste, comfort and ability; as this particular user isn’t able to fully reposition himself on his own. I think that for a different user, this cushion would work well.

Este cojín cumple con mantener fresco al usuario, es cómodo, pero el inconveniente es que si lo usas en un vehículo en movimiento como conductor percibes que te mueves en el asiento como un pivote, la inercia hace inestable al que maneja y esto es incómodo al tener que estar equilibrando con los pies. El conductor se "menea"mientras conduce, asi de simple.

what I don't like when seat too long no coolness but it help to your back to seat properly
