i wear a women's 12 and can't find many size 43…do they run big?

I do not find these shoes to run big at all, especially in the collar. The Alegria mules or other sandals may. My other pair has a strap over the top of the foot and they are more loose than the clogs.

I wear a 9 Wide, and the 40 Wide in this style works well for me. Probably a size 37 W for you, or if your feet are really wide, a 38 W. They run a little small. I normally wear a 9 to 9 1/2 U.S. I purchased a 10 U.S. 40 UK and they fit perfect. Love these shoes. I am on my feet for 12+ hours at work and never have any discomfort.
