Life-Changer for Posture Improvement!
Effective Posture Improvement: This posture corrector works wonders. It firmly pulls my shoulders back where they belong, effectively relieving the discomfort I used to experience. It has significantly helped me with my slouching and humpback issues. Impressive Back Support: The double cross design and the support plates in the back strip provide outstanding support from all angles. This helps to gently disperse tension, promoting alignment and stability without causing any harm to my back. Ultimate Comfort: This posture corrector is made with a breathable and comfortable material. The wide straps diffuse pressure points and don't dig into my underarms. The added underarm soft pads are a great touch, and I can easily adjust them to my most comfortable position to reduce any friction. It's comfortable, effective, and easy to use. If you're struggling with posture issues like I was, I highly recommend giving this product a try.

Effective Posture Corrector
The Mercase Posture Corrector for Men and Women has proven to be an effective tool in improving posture, earning a solid four-star rating. This back brace offers the support needed to address posture issues and promote better alignment. The design of this posture corrector is ergonomic, providing a comfortable fit that can be easily adjusted to suit individual preferences. The breathable material ensures adequate airflow, preventing discomfort or sweating during extended wear. I appreciate the versatility of this posture corrector, as it can be worn discreetly under clothing, allowing for use throughout the day. The adjustable straps provide a customizable level of support, catering to various body sizes and shapes. Since using the Mercase Posture Corrector, I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture. It gently reminds me to maintain proper alignment and reduces slouching or hunching. With consistent use, I have experienced decreased neck and back strain, leading to overall better posture and reduced discomfort. While the Mercase Posture Corrector has its merits, it is important to note that wearing it for extended periods can cause mild discomfort, especially during the initial adjustment phase. It is advisable to gradually increase the wearing time to allow the body to adapt.

This style actually works
TL;DR If you've been down this road already with limited to no success, get this style (that includes a belt), you will actually wear it and it will help. I put it on the first time and my 9 year old came in the room a minute later and exclaimed I had grown taller somehow. I was an almost freakishly precociously tall kid with undiagnosed Asperger's who grew up in the 1980s, thusly I've suffered chronic cyclical severe myofacial pain since I was about 10. It turns out that trying to make yourself invisible causes considerable physical pain over time. Partially due to my friend aspergerbrain, it took until I was about 41 to seriously consider my posture as a culprit (coincidentally at the same time as diagnosis, imagine). Don't get me wrong, I've half-assed it my entire life: punishment, er, encouragement from parents, peers, employers; other posture trainers, tens units, chiropractors, acupuncture, acupressure, physical therapy, uncounted tools/massagers/exercises etc. A lot of the problem is its hard to get a consistent excellent posture for long enough to relieve long-standing pain. That leads to giving up or writing off posture as the issue when the pain never abates. Anyhow, lately I've been more open to my own errors and I tried a similar posture trainer without the belt and its just impossible. They constantly need readjustment and they don't have a strong enough pull to defeat the instinct of 40 years of intentional and unintentional kyphosis. I decided I would try them all until I found one; hiding away is for the birds. This one works! The belt lets you adjust the pull as hard as you need to and it keeps the straps in place almost perfectly. My shirt doesn't look at wadded up all the time either AND my freaking neck/shoulder area has had some relief! After several days use it has helped enough with pain relief that I feel excited looking forward. For your sizing information, I am 5'9", 122lbs, very fit, zero curves, medium frame. I bought the "medium" and it fits great, but I most definitely would have called this a size "small", at least in usa. Good luck fellow slouchers, they'll never see us coming! =)

Helpful for Posture, Just Not Ideal for Long Wear
I really like the idea of this posture vest — it definitely helps me stay more aware of my posture, especially while sitting at my desk or doing light tasks. It provides decent support and is easy to put on and adjust. That said, it can get a bit uncomfortable if worn for longer periods, as the straps start to dig in a little. I think it’s great for short daily use, and it’s made well overall. With a few comfort improvements, this could easily be a 5-star product!

Works well, size up!
This brace is very sturdy and well made. It has metal supports inside the back section, adjustable in two different areas for waist size and shoulders. It is intended to be worn over clothing as stated in the directions. There are two nice padded sliders on each shoulder strap for comfort. I chose this style as the straps and everything was wider and didn’t look like it would dig into the flesh. Happy with my choice! Definitely size up! I am 105lb & petite and ordered the medium as it was the smallest available and it is a perfect snug fit was able to size it down a bit too. The mesh in the back is quite Bunchie so you definitely wouldn’t want to wear it under a jacket and have a bulge. I guess it’s good for working from home or to wear it in the mornings and evenings to keep your posture in check, I personally wouldn’t wear it to the office.

Uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable. Creates horrible pain in the underarms. And it wrinkles in the back for some reason, also large fits like small. Man wearing it is 5’10 and 160lb

Awesome posture corrector!
I love this brace! It's very sturdy since it includes a firm back panel. This provides more support (and reminders!) for correcting your posture. I bought it because I have thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) which is worsened by poor posture. Good posture is a habit and this brace helps you build it, especially if you add some upper back strength training too. Between this brace and the dry needling and exercises by my physical therapist I think I may be able to avoid surgery for my TOS!!! One tip- if you wear this brace too long at first, you may have some back soreness. This is normal because it takes work to retrain the muscles to hold proper posture. Think of it as normal soreness after exercising and go slowly! No more than 1 hour was a good starting point for me, though other people may need to start with 30 min increments and work up.
