Excellent, sturdy and accurate.
Excellent product quality and finishing. Rugged one, I am happy to use it at home for regular BP Monitoring of elderly persons. It is a primary instrument, so doesn't require any calibration, straightway gives accurate readings. In contrast to most of digital automatic machines, which gives misleading results.

I came defective but I fixed it from local store.
The device camed defective. It lacked mercury. But it was non returnable, I was able to get the refund and keep the broken device. I made use of whatever material I had and spent some money 💰 at a local surgical store. I bought mercury, a new tube and screws and my instrument became as good as new and usable. So, if anyone gets a broken device, don't worry it's fixable with some investment. We just need to find the surgical store who sells the parts and mercury. These mercury sphygmomanometers are perfect. Definitely buy them.

Red Flag : Refund issues with seller
Defective product and terrible service. Product returned and delivered to seller, but no refund has been issued. I have been forced to escalate this to Amazon's leadership team. Do not buy from this seller.
