I have the 4 ft/ 40 pound version. It works as expected…but a full rack is almost too heavy to push back in place since you are basically lifting 40 pounds straight up over you head. May not be a big deal for a guy but challenging for women. Needs some kind of lever-assist to make it perfect.

My space was a little too tight. It serves it's purpose but feels a bit flimsy when extended to its full length.

Slams into place when being pulled down. Is hard to begin pulling down. Too flexible for any amount of weight. I am very disappointed. Lost money and time.

This will be used in our mud room / laundry room. Wife had to use a step stool to temporarily hang clothes out of the dryer. Not anymore, this allows her to bring the clothes rod down, load it up and raise it back up out of the way until she is ready to put the clothes away. Awesome idea.

I used the wardrobe rail for a drying rack in my laundry room. Works great!
