So far this chair is comfy and solid. Nice foot pedals for adjusting. Unfortunately no wheels anywhere to be able to push it around. It takes four of us to lift and reposition around the room just to clean under it. The biggest drawback was that it was delivered 2 months later than expected. I would have 4 more but chose to get others through another company due to slow shipping issues.

We’ve had issues with this chair and it has been less than one year. Chair is only used 2 days per week and already not working. For nearly $3K I would have expected more. We are currently not able to use it. 2 stars given because we got the tan color and it does look luxe. It just doesn’t last. Edited: turns out the reason that it stopped working was a sensor on the back of the chair that was covered up with the paper roll. Once that roll cover was exchanged for a new one they sent me it was smooth sailing. It is a little big for most of my female aesthetic patients- like too wide. However for my hair transplants it’s perfect.
