We used this product to keep my wife's cancer drug during a long 30+ hour trip to Europe. The problem was keeping the drug cool while the original element was being re-frozen. This second element will provide us peace of mind on our next trip planned in April.

Doesn't stay frozen for anywhere near the time seller states. You're very lucky if it stays cold for 8hrs. Way too expensive for what it is, frankly i feel ripped off. It's complete rubbish.
