What size for a 9 yo?

I ordered the medium and it fit my 9 year old perfectly

I have a 2 year old who wears size 2T, what size would he need? I dont see the size chart..

According to the size chart they provide the xs is for a 4 year old. Use a fabric measure length says 34'. Hope that helps
