Amazon Basics Faux Linen Upholstered Tufted Headboard with Adjustable Height, King, Gray

I’ve been looking at this headboard for months and finally bought it during Prime Days. I LOVE IT! True to the name, it’s basic and that’s what I like about it. It gives a clean look. It appears to be well made and the fabric is nice. It comes with hardware to connect the legs to the headboard but you’ll need 4 nuts and bolts to attach the legs to the bed frame itself. I don’t remove the last time I had a headboard and it makes the bed look like a proper bed. I’m very happy with it!

I am presently surprised how well this works for the headboard. It appears to be good quality and was very easy to assemble. I wish it would have come with hardware to mount it to my bed, but less than a dollar worth of hardward fixed that easily

This headboard is a good value for the price. To our guests, it appears more expensive than it is. It's pretty lightweight though, so it's function is really for appearance only. We needed a hardware set to use with an old bedframe, which we bought separately. All the hardware to assemble the headboard to the posts was included. We also attached some bumpers to the back posts in order to put it all the way against the wall for stability and to prevent damage to our wall.

I was rather excited when I saw this headboard in person. I almost bought a used West Elm that was about $850 new. But I found this beauty by accident. its a 22 lb headboard, light, portable, and because of the weight, so easy to mount on the wall. I originally had the headboard sitting on the two flimsy legs with my bed pushed against it. But since my bed is adjustable, when I raised the mattress, the headboard 'rocked' when i turned during the night. So I started to mount it with toggle bolts, and I decided "why" make holes in my wall? this is light enough that I hung it with a single XL monkey hook. I didnt even measure, just stuck it on the wall like a picture with a single hook. To my eyes, this looks great for my somewhat modern, minimalist needs. I will add that since I have an adjustable bed, I lean on the bed and not this headboard, so I am not sure how this would work if I leaned directly against it. Perhaps in that case I would have needed to have used multiple monkey hooks or toggle bolts. Glad I didnt buy the West Elm.

I’m not going to be too harsh on a sub $200 king size headboard........but I also feel like it didn’t quite live up to the economy price. This could have been a 5 star for what it is, but there were two big misses that seem easily correctable. I got bolts, washers, and an Allen wrench......but no nuts to hold the supports to the frame. A very easy thing to include in the box, instead the customer has to drive to the hardware store for a dollars worth of necessary parts. Secondly, the holes on the headboard do not align to the width of the frame supports. Leaning the supports to create a cockeyed alignment worked.....but this took a very easy assembly process and makes the customer have to rig up a less secure fit. When finished, this headboard is 5 stars at the price point.....but lags in simple quality control end up costing it in the long run. I’d recommend this product, but be ready to make up for some quality control gaps. 🌟 🌟 🌟

I was concerned the description said this is 45.5-53 inches tall. I thought I would have to chop some of the leg off, but when I got it, it was too short. It was actually about 38-39 inches tall at the highest install setting, so I put a couple of pieces of 2x4 on the floor to raise it a couple of inches and now it sits right below my window seal, perfect. I didn't attach the headboard to anything and it stays in place well enough. If it was installed on the bed frame then I believe it would sit higher but I don't think it would ever reach 55 inches. My old headboard had a sharp edge molding at the top which could really hurt your head if you leaned back against it. This one is nice and soft, so it is much better for sitting in bed. I bought it for $110 now it is $90, due to Amazon's bad price match policy I had to order the lower cost item and return the original which is a complete waste of time, effort and money on their part.

As what most said!! Love the headboard BUT NO bolts to attach legs to headboard or bed frame. NO INSTRUCTIONS!

Muy buen producto. Tenía miedo de que se viera "barato" o básico, pero no, fue todo lo contrario. La confección de la cabecera es de muy buena calidad, la tela se siente y se ve muy bonita. Cómo leí en otros comentarios, está cabecera es para que no la veas por detrás. En la parte trasera tiene una tela delgada negra que cubre el interior y también se ven los tornillos con los que se colocaron las patas que la sostienen, ten eso en cuenta si es que la configuración de tu recámara necesita que se vea la parte de atrás de la cabecera. Si no es tu caso, es una adición perfecta a tu cama. Yo la utilicé con una base de cama de la marca Zinus y tuve que comprarle unos herrajes especiales para atornillar todo. Quedó perfecta, firme, linda y moderna

I totally love this!!! It is almost a perfect match the head board i bought at Jysk 4 years ago (im using it as a foot board, and I added the buttons to the head board) so worth the money and wait time. Was a day late but no big deal because I'm so happy with it!! Ive been redecorating my whole bedroom so this just adds to the look!!!

Good quality basic headboard. I use a metal platform bed frame so I just screwed this to the wall. Works out great.
