I've used this for about 6 month. I do believe it is helping me to lose weight. I told me Doctor that I had started to take this and she told me she had just gone to a seminar that talked about how this product should be considered by people interested in metabolic support. My blood sugar levels are down and that may be because of starting to take this as well. No side effects of stomach, bloating, headaches, etc.

Mostly broken capsules
I have been ordering this product, gymnema sylvestre, for four months. This most recent bottle came with multiple broken. They are still usable, but they won't fit in my pill container as well all broken up. Otherwise very pleased with the quality and ingredients.

Theoretically, this should work
I can't determine the efficacy of this particular product but theoretically the ingredients should impede the absorption of sugar. One complaint I have is the packaging. The stuffed cotton insert in the bottle is 15 inches long without being stretched. It consumes over half the volume of the bottle. Why not include more pills and less cotton?
