A great book on how to effectively manage people.

I really liked this new edition, though I had my reservations... But the new edition adds value, with the team play part and is indeed showing a collaborative over a top down approach to management. I advise it to any person managing a team. The 3 secrets are based on learning methodology: Say whats expected Say great when it is to confirm direction and good work Say change when something is creating trouble and redirect. Continue. Very good reminder of staying simple and fact based while well intended.
