Definitely clearer air with this filtering system at night
Very happy with the system set up especially while sleeping at night.If you are looking to buy an air purifier I STRONGL RECOMMEND THIS ONE. Has it all . UV,HEPA AND CHARCOAL FILTERS, AND GREAT GRAPHICS.Very noticeable cleaner air with the bedroom door closed at nite when sleeping. Worth every penny.

When to change it
Nothing was included with the machine or the filter about when to change the filter. It's to expensive to change if it doesn't need it.

Great product
I recommend this to anyone. I ran through 3 candles before realizing the air filter worked so well I couldn’t smell them. I learned to turn the filter off when there are smells I want and keep it on otherwise.

Great Air Purifier with easy to find replacement filters
I’ve been very happy with my TruSens Z2000 air purifier and when the monitor indicated that it was time to replace the carbon filter I placed the order, receive the filters in a few days and the installation was very easy.

I was wrong -- Buyer Alert - Wrong size put in the package. NOT for Trusens Z-2000
This was my 2nd time to purchase Trusens carbon layer for my Z-2000 filter. 1st time I ordered it a few weeks ago and received a package with 3 wrong size products. Thought I might have got bad luck picking up a lemon. So tried again last week. Received it yesterday. However, once again WRONG PRODUCT was put in the package for Z-2000. I will have to return it AGAIN. So frustrated ! The outside packaging of the 2nd order is identical with my previous order as well as the one I ordered directly from Trusens after but with same issue. So I highly doubt that this batch of shipment could all have been filled with wrong contents in it. Updates (Apr 22, 2023): I have to change my review as I found out that I was totally wrong in term of the size of the carbon layer I received after consulting with TruSens customer service and Youtube video's. That carbon layer was supposed to be the middle layer of the Z-2000 filter, rather than the outside layer I was thinking of. After I replaced that correctly my TruSens was up running again without any issues. My apologies for any misleading my previous review might have caused. Now I have changed my rating to 5 star due to the quality of the product and the proactive customer service provided by TruSens on this issue. I have also had my return to Amazon cancelled.

These Filters are Great
My Trusen air filter let me know I needed to replace the carbon filter, I bought the genuine Trusen carbon filter, followed the idiot proof instructions and all is sweet.
