Bought as my emergency go-bag, and hopefully will never have to use it. I like that it’s a very bright, visible red and has reflective strips. It also has quite a few pockets and can hold a LOT. Was very pleased with how easy it was to pack with all kinds of necessities in an organized and accessible way. I only have 2 qualms: - the water bottle pockets on the sides are rather narrow, and are made of that semi-rigid plastic mesh that is notorious for breaking easily. I hope this bag will not get enough wear where that becomes an issue. It seems sturdy enough for light to moderate use. - the chest strap is probably made for children, or maybe a very narrow-chested adult. I would not consider myself a wide person by any means and with the strap at full length I cannot even begin to buckle it. Definitely keeping the bag despite these minor setbacks. It is comfortable even when fully packed and fits on my back securely.

Bought this for a trip I took. It was perfect. It had lots of space to carry many different things, not only a laptop yet was very lightweight. It had a large zipper pouch but also several smaller zipper pouches to tuck cords or other small items so they don't get tangled or lost. I am a big person and sometimes I have a difficult time finding backpacks that are comfortable for me to use with long enough shoulder straps. This one gave me plenty of space that I ended up being able to draw the straps a little shorter. I especially liked that it had a clip to attach the 2 shoulder straps together across your chest so it took some of the weight off the shoulders. Another very important feature for me was having the small zipper pouch on the side of the backpack that was against my back. It was where I carried my money and passport. I felt much more secure knowing a pickpocket would not be able to get to those things. The pack has a mesh on the side that goes against your back to help it not get so hot. It also included a built-in charging cable for my phone if I had a portable charger. I didn't need to use that option, but it is cool that it has that. I'm glad that I went with this backpack, and would highly recommend.

Just purchased for my daughter for the upcoming school year. Seems to be well made. Has lots of storage. I like how the back has little padded spots for your shoulders and lower back. I also love how the lower back pad has a hidden zipper that you can put smaller objects in. The little zipper spot with a cord for charging your phone (battery pack/charger not included) is a nice addition.
