Quiet, reliable, good deal
I’ve purchased one of these and was impressed with the condition and quality. Ended up buying a second one. I have two running in a RAID-0 array for all of my pc games. They work flawlessly and are decently fast for a spinning disk. Great seller, great hard drive.

Save a ton: refurb drives have the same warranty as new.
Installed this when one of the drives failed in my Drobo. It immediately was recognized and rebuilt from the other 3 drives. Two weeks later, no issues. It's backing up an old Intel Mac Mini on a monthly schedule, since it doesn't change much. It's quiet when not actively working, and I'm 100% satisfied.

Value Drive
The drive was poorly packaged with no anti static bag or bubble wrap. It’s a miracle that it made it and still works. The drive was formatted with a 14mb FAT partition and it had 2 folders in it. One named BOOT. That’s not what I want to see! Thankfully I have a separate pc I use for new drives. Always have Autorun turned off. I had to stretch the partition and format the drive NTFS. After that the drive was good to go. Crystal test was good. A little bit of caution and some experience and it was a good purchase.
