Its a Fire Extinguisher and its charged Duhhh. It aint small we purchased the 5LB to keep the DOT happy. It has the security pin METAL, and best of all THE METAL BRACKET. Priority to keep it in place, do yourself a favor and just get it to be DOT compliant or just to be on the safe side will definitely be purchasing more from Buckeye.

Great Product

I attached the bracket on this extinguisher to the inside of my 2021 Chevrolet 3500HD long bed crew cab diesel truck. Now it looks tougher than ever. Never mind that my friends say that I'm try to make up for a 'personal deficiency '. Maybe when their battery powered 'car' catches on fire I'll just stand there while they beg me to extinguish the fire.......time will tell.

Item came as advertised. Hard for me to review much else as I haven't needed to use it yet, however it is a solid build and seems very sturdy. I like that it is a metal build rather than plastic.

Will reside in the trunk of my car, hopefully to never be used!

It arrived fully charged and the needle has not much moved even though there has been much variation in temperature. It lives on the corner of my desk in my woodworking shop. If I ever need to use it, I will update the review.

Never hurts to have a couple of these around the house or in the car, you can't predict when an emergency will happen. I can't attest to the actual use of the extinguisher but it shipped nicely packaged and is fully charged. Stay away from plastic handle fire extinguishers.
