If you are considering purchasing the Contour Legacy Pillow for between your knees while you sleep on your side, do not hesitate because you are just missing out on a MOST comfortable sleep 💤. I have used bed pillows, bought “knee pillows” that were so bulky and uncomfortable that I quit trying!! Until I happened upon Contour!!! This is the perfect pillow! I have SI joint issues and this has saved my lower back. I’m not achy when I wake in the morning and my hips feel amazing. It’s light weight, firm, and curved to fit my thighs. It’s easy to keep between legs when switching sides. I can even lay with one leg straight when I need to stretch a bit. I was worried a bit that the size was going to be too small, I thought I’d need it for my entire leg and knee support, but I find this actually really comfortable. I’m also only 5’2”. I’m also nursing my 1 year old to sleep by side lying, it’s been heaven. I wish I bought this sooner! Five stars for me.

I bought both Contour Legacy Leg & Knee Foam Support Pillow and Everlasting Comfort Memory Foam Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers. I’m 5’6, 130 with stick legs. I did not get the cooling version of the Contour Legacy so I can’t speak to that. What I found is the Contour you can ONLY use with the tip between your knees. It was uncomfortable if I tried to move it higher up between my thighs. I will say it helped with back and nerve pain, but when I rolled over, it was this bulky thing that was in the way. And then I had to find it later to put it back in place. For me, it was just a bit too big and awkward. So I’m sending it back. The Everlasting Comfort knee pillow comes with a strap. I never lost it at night, and it wasn’t “in the way” the way I felt the Contour was when I slept. It was very comfortable, I could place it by my knees, or mid thigh, or even elevate a tender arm. It is more versatile than the Contour and I found the relief the same. The Everlasting won for me…

Favorite knee contour pillow! Have repeat purchased this several times over the years, and now convinced my roommate to get one too. Supportive but still soft. Makes a huge difference in side sleeper comfort.

I was looking forward to this pillow helping me sleep better after back surgery. The quality is good, but it was too thick for me and made my hips hurt. I would try to return it, but it comes with a really large tag that I tore off because it would be in the way during the night.

It is rare to find something my husband actually is able to use or likes. HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THIS PILLOW!! He can get up when nature calls in the middle of the night and instead of grabbing for his regular pillow and adjusting it just right between his legs, he now gets back into bed and places the contour pillow between his legs and DONE!! He is very happy with it which also makes me happy!

Muy comoda, mi medico me recomendo dormir de lado con las piernas juntas por mis problemas de columna. aun intentandolo no descansaba bien ni aguantaba la postura mucho tiempo por que mis rodillas chocaban entre si, al despertar estaba en la psotura habitual, pero no la recomendada por el medico. con esta alnohada eso ya no me sucede y puedo dormir toda la noche sin molestias en las rodillas y ya no despierto en otra postura.
