Perfect for false ceilings, smooth installation, and flawless performance
Design & Fit: The main reason we bought this was for a bathroom with a false ceiling, and this horizontal model is exactly what you need for that kind of low-clearance setup. We made sure to measure the space before ordering, and it fit perfectly. It was delivered the very next day in pristine condition, and the rust-proof outer body looks durable and well-built.Installation & Support: The installation was done by the brand and was free, which was a smooth experience. We did have to pay a reasonable charge for some extra piping because our geyser mounting location was slightly away from the main plumbing connections. While they were here, we opted for the brand's extended warranty cum AMC. It looked like great value for money since it covers routine servicing along with the warranty, though time will tell how good the long-term support actually is.Performance: Having used it daily for about a month now, I can say everything works flawlessly. There have been zero issues, it heats up reliably, and it quietly does exactly what it is supposed to do.The Verdict: You should buy this if you have a false ceiling or limited vertical space in your bathroom and want a reliable, hassle-free horizontal geyser backed by prompt brand service. You can skip this if you have a standard high-ceiling bathroom, as traditional vertical geysers are often slightly cheaper and take up less horizontal wall space.

Good quality. Technician charged more
Good product. It’s been almost 5 months since we got the geyser installed. It has good quality heating rods, water get heated quickly. Safety wise also it’s good because it has automatic power cut.However I feel the technician who came for installation charged us more than we expected.

Product was delivered on time. How ever installation service is not good. Required multiple follow ups to get it installed. Many times installation person didn't pick up the call. Also AO Smith whatsapp bot is not user friendly. Giving low rating because of installation service.
