Softest most absorbent pullups I've found, great for long drives
These have more absorbent padding than any other pullup I am aware of, which is great for long drives without leaks. This extra padding does tend to bunch up a little between the legs when dry, but that seems to be the case with all max absorbency products out there. The absorbent pad in these garments extends a lot higher toward the waistband in both the front and back than most pullups, which is very helpful for male users of the product. These are super quiet under uniform pants and much more discreet compared to a plastic backed diaper with tapes, such as the Notrthshore Go-Supreme or Tranquility ATN. The non-padded portion of the brief is the softest I have found in any pullup. Realistically these are pullups and will leak if flooded suddenly. In those situations an actual diaper is still going to be required.

full coverage that is in a pull up and not a tab-type diaper
I have tried several different types of diapers and we have wasted a lot of money on attempting to find the right kind of diaper that will work for my someone I take care of. The type of diapers with tabs may work for those who can't take themselves to the bathroom on their own but are not good for those who will be pulling the product up and down throughout the day and overnight. With nearly all the pull up versions I have bought, have lame tiny little cloth strips like a maxi pad in weak stretchy paper underwear and do not provide enough coverage for those who need the protection. Even the high-end brands. I requested samples from this company, and they sent me some to try, not to mention how pleasant and helpful the person I corresponded with was to me. The product so far is perfect for our purposes. The size of the pad is more like a brief and provides wonderful coverage. The person wearing them is very satisfied by this product, since they have issues with several bathroom trips throughout the day and night they work perfect. There is not a bed wetting issue, so I am not sure how they would hold up in that situation, but I think getting the right size would determine how well they would work for that.

Depends on your expectations
First, your impressions of this diaper will be formed by what you're comparing it to. If you've been wearing Depends Flex Fit or Tena for Men, these will probably seem like the best product ever made. However, if you're used to wearing full tape-on diapers like the Abena M4 of NorthShore's own Supreme diaper, you may be disappointed. However, that's not to say that they aren't okay. As far as pull ups go, they're actually quite good. For being a relatively high-capacity pull up, they fit quite snugly when you first put them on. Them don't seem terribly big or bulky, and the waistband comes doesn't come up much higher than a full-rise pair of briefs.Compared to store-brand pull ups, the absorbency is much better. For me on a normal day, these could handle two regular wettings as long as I didn't flood them or wet the second time while sitting down. The downside to this is that they absolutely will leak if you flood or even just heavily wet them while sitting down, and even when standing up a second full flood will cause them to leak. Additionally, while they are fairly discreet when dry, they do bulk up a decent amount in the front when wet. However, I never noticed much of an increase in size in the back despite the fact that they are fairly good at wicking moisture. They are decent for what they are, but don't expect miracles if you're used to a premium tape-on diaper.

Exactly As Promised!
These briefs are, by far, the very best I have ever worn! They actually keep you safely dry for the 8-hours that they claim will be the case! To be honest, I have worn a single brief for 91/2-hours with no leakage whatsoever! Amazing!! Plus, they are so comfortable! They are not stiff and plastic-feeling; instead, they are so naturally soft and form-fitting that you can forget that you are not wearing your regular underwear! They are a little more costly than many others, but, for me, they are so worth it! I also have noted that I have cut the number of changes of briefs each day in half!! I originally ordered only one pack of 12 in order to try them before investing in more. Today, I ordered a case of 48!! Great, great product! Thank you, NorthShore!!

Leak, but fit better than any others...
These leak pretty badly, but they fit better than any of the others I have found...really wish they were better.

Total Confidence!!
WOW! I cannot say enough about this product. My problem started out two years ago with changes in medication, general health and more. I started out with one brand which seemed adequate but was swayed by another brand that advertised 12 hr protection. UP TO 12 hrs that is. A very subjective description. Not even 6 hrs, more like 3-4 which was expensive and meant I was slave to an alarm on my phone to wake me up at night! ANYWAY, on to Northshore’s brand. I sent for a sample pack and found they were more comfortable, did not spill over from the sides, the absorbent strip was wider and longer in the front and up the back, and the liquid absorbed every direction not just in one spot. The fit of the panty is soft and luxurious and does not make a paper swishing sound when walking. I haven’t bothered researching any more brands since finding these and hope and pray they don’t revamp for some reason.

Wish cheaper
Have no complaints about the product. Tried everything but these do work the best. It’s just the cost when you are on a fixed income.
