Does this taste ok? anyone knows something that tastes good? i like lemon salese but cannot get them fast enough...

I only use Dentiva and not salese. I think salese is for dry mouth and I don't like the taste. I love the regular dentiva and will panic is I'm getting low and haven't made a new order. Sorry, I don't know about lemon salese.

How long does one lozenge last in the mouth?

I use them mostly at night and keep the lozenge between my cheek and teeth. It will last all night and is effective in keeping mouth moist. During the day I would imagine you could do the same thing. I think they are fabulous for alleviating dry mouth.

Do shipping costs increase if 4 6packs are ordered?
