Poor workmanship and bad packaging
1. The product delivered does not have any branding. 2. The holes at the backside are not aligned properly. 3. The packaging is very bad, the bottom surface was slightly bent due to poor packaging. 4. The keys are of very inferior quality. Only good thing is metal used is very hard. The product should be properly packed so that it doesn't get damaged. With all these problems, the price of the product should be less.
