UPDATE: We have now been using ours since Dec 2021 so 8 months now. They are just as great as they were when we first tried them. They’re still full and fluffy. Even better than some I’ve paid much much more for. I can’t even explain how pleased we are. I am not getting paid for my review nor would I know how to get paid for it but my pay is GREAT pillows are a GREAT price! Enjoy people!!! ☺️ My husband and I love these! I originally bought them as sham stuffers but one feel and we decided to try them out as regular bedtime pillows. I didn’t really expect a lot out of them because they’re priced pretty cheap but boy were we surprised. My husband actually gave up his $89 memory foam stay cool pillow for these! I’ve read reviews that are knocking them because they sink in. Well of course they do. These aren’t labeled form. This is a super soft down type pillow. It’s not supposed to hold its firmness. It’s supposed to be soft and snuggly like true down. It has give but not so much that it goes flat. Normally I sleep with 2 pillows bc of a shoulder injury from a car accident and 2 is way too full. I’ve had to go to just one. Hopefully this will help give buyers an idea. My husband uses 2 but he has broad shoulders and is a side sleeper so it’s perfect for him. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a soft, cozy, down pillow fills in around your natural curves of your head and shoulder then I can’t imagine you wouldn’t love these and especially for the price. If you want something stiffer and more firm this isn’t for you. If all else fails you can always return postage free with prime for a full discount. This for me is a great pillow that supports my neck while my head lays nestled in the pillow like a cloud. The ' only' negative thing is: 2 pillows come wrapped in air tight plastic and when you take pillows out and lay your head down on the pillow your head goes flat on pillow and all the pillow stuffing goes around your neck This sounds awful BUT if you put the two pillows together it ( for my neck) is WONDERFUL. It makes for the first great neck comfort and sleep I've had in a few years. Not kidding! It might be that 1 pillow is perfect for you. So if you don't mind 2 pillows making one great pillow please give it a try. This pillow is used in out patient physical therapy and that's how I discovered it. Also, it's a good price for 2 pillows and it has held up well. Give it a try!

The pillows are just right - soft but with good support.

Ever wonder what it’s like to sleep on a marshmallow without the sticky, sugary mess? Neither did I, until these HARBOREST Bed Pillows arrived at my doorstep. Unboxing these pillows was like letting two heavenly clouds out of a polyethylene cage. As I laid my head on one, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace, as if I was floating away on a magic carpet made of cotton candy. No, Aladdin wasn't there, but my dreams have been a whole new world ever since. Let's talk features: Fluff Factor: 10/10. If a cloud and a teddy bear had a love child, it would be this pillow. No more pancake-flat pillows that make you question your life choices at 2 a.m. Cloud-like Comfort: You don't need to be Jack to climb this beanstalk into the sky! I've never felt closer to being an astronaut, and I didn't even have to go through NASA training. Down Alternative: I always thought 'down alternative' meant sacrificing comfort. Oh, how wrong I was. These pillows are so plush, they make real down feathers look like pointy little sticks of disappointment. Size: KING size? More like 'Emperor of All Pillowdom' size! My head feels like it's holding court every time I lay down. A word of caution: these pillows are almost TOO comfortable. I’ve slept through three alarms, two conference calls, and one pizza delivery guy banging on my door. But hey, when you're riding the Sleep Express to Dreamland, who wants to get off? If you're in the market for some airborne-level snoozing, don't walk—FLOAT on over and nab these HARBOREST pillows. Trust me, your dreams will thank you!

First, I have no idea what the reports that this is flat, goes flat, or offers no support are about. It fluffs up to over 7" high and after several months of use has not depressed anywhere, even after washing. That said, down alternative should feel like feathers, very malleable and easily shaped. This isn't. Not in any way. It is obviously filled with the usual "fluff." It holds it's shape well and doesn't move or conform in any way. IF you like that type of pillow, this is for you. Personally, the 7" height cranks my neck and leaves me stiff and sore. I need an easily shaped pillow to take pressure off of my ears, and this isn't it. I have earlier ones, given as a gift (I didn't know they were the same brand until I compared tags) in the queen size that are even higher in height. I have had them 10 months now. They were given to my daughter who used them as a body pillow because they were too high and hard for my bed. They still show almost no sign of use and are not in the slightest compressed. So, if you like poofy, "soft" but not conforming pillows, these are a good value that will hold their shape. If you want true down alternative, look elsewhere. (please excuse the dog fur in my photo... The dog just got down and the fur goes everywhere which is why these are washed SO often. A must buy! So comfortable to sleep on. I usually buy the orthopedic pillow due to neck/shoulder pain, but this fluffy soft pillow just hits different! It is so comfortable, it truly feels like a 5 star resort pillow. I would recommend buying this pillow.

Absolutely rubbish, £50 for 2 lumps polyester that goes flat as soon as you put your head on it

These are cheap low quality 100% polyester filled pillows, which you could buy anywhere for a fraction of the price. £71 for these pillows is ridiculous.

Got the pillow finally - it is a queen size pillow - however it is rather on the soft side. Overall packaging and all are fine, delivered objects look a little deflated still, maybe it will regain the shape after 24 hours. I am yet to use it - so no feedback till 90days! Backstory: order tracking was not very professional - the status of the order was not updated regularly before I started following up with them.
