I've needed one of these tools for years in my fine scale military model building hobby and finally ordered this setup. Result? It's fantastic and works great. It's easy to swap out the bits, which are nice and sharp so I can drill barrels in my small scale tank models. This will be getting used regularly anytime I need a precise, small hole drilled!

used for watchmaking. pin vise is useful for holding the crown stem while cutting and sanding and assembling the crown to the stem. seems decent enough, especially for the price. i probably won't use the drill bits for watchmaking.

The tool is made well and performed as it should. The bits are of poor quality and dull. I had to use the bits from dewalt

Not sure if they are supposed to be dull or not but the bits barely drill thru plastic. But it is still a good value for the price

It looks and feel ok but all the bits are just thrown in a bag with no labels or any way to tell the size of said but. I’m a bit anal about being this organizational stuff so if it doesn’t bother you then this looks pretty decent. Over all it works pretty well just a bit upset with the whole no labels/organization thing but again that’s just me.

The smaller bits are useless: some have almost no thread, none have tips, some are bent. They cut about as well as metal rods with no thread. The drill itself works (with a bit from the hardware store and after applying WD40) if a bit small and not very grippy (has to be tightened constantly) but, without functioning bits, this is a useless purchase.

A perfect mini drill, no batteries needed, only ability to use your fingers. So easy to hold and use, makes the tiniest hole a needle can't get thru, if you want. I use it for polymeric clay and resin jewelry, as you can see in my photo. And the customer service is prompt and wonderful, they managed the little problem I had very professionally. Very happy with this purchase!

i broke a wrist band pin stuck in my wrist watch. i order this micro drill to drill out the stucking pin. i drill just deep enough for new bar to fit in. now i can wear my watch. if you fix your broken jewery, stering silver or any matal it would work. this cheap drill worth the money. by the way it come in plastic bags wish it come in plastic case or box.
