Posi Lock HE3 Hold-Ets Magnetic Vise Clips

These are your basic aluminum soft jaws for a vise. They're decently machined, stick to the jaws easily, and provide a nice square surface. It would be nice if they were a little longer.One good point is that they nest together compactly when they aren't on the vise. However, once they get put on, I tend to just leave them on until I've got a heavy piece of steel to work on or something that requires extra grip.These make a good compliment to the soft rubbery jaws that Wilton makes. The Wilton jaws have lots of grooves for round items such as drill rod, while these provide a smooth, firm surface that can apply a lot more pressure without marring aluminum and other soft metals.

These jaws need stronger magnets. They are well made but drop off the vise at the slightest bump...

Pros: The clips are made out of heavy aluminum and are easy to put on and take off. The magnets hold well.Cons: It only comes in one size.

These things are very useful. I would buy a second set if i had a second vise.
