I got this and some larger appliqués to update our bathroom vanity. I had an entire look planned out in my head, and honestly, it came out even better than I anticipated. (Ignore the missing drawer in the third photo. It’s still being worked on.) I cleaned the entire piece, used gorilla wood glue to attach the appliqués to the existing vanity, taped everything off, and painted it with a mix of red and mustard colored chalk paint. I then rubbed Vaseline in areas I wanted to show distressed wear and painted over that with green and navy blue chalk paint. (I do have formal training and have been painting for years and paint wall murals, so if you are inexperienced, you may not want to use this method.) I then wiped down the piece to remove the areas with the Vaseline and have the red/mustard layer show through. I also sanded the piece in parts that I wanted even more distressing. It turned out great and the appliqués really added another dimension to the piece. They were easy to attach. I simply held them in place with painters tape while the glue dried. Overall, I’m supremely happy with how the piece turned out. Because it’s our master bath, I did use this as a bit of a test for my more intricate plans for our kitchen island, and I’m happy with the results. Once the entire piece is finished and cleaned up, I’ll try to post more pictures!

I have not used these appliques yet, but they look nice and will add a more elegant look to my bathtub panels once they are painted. Pleased with the purchase and considering ordering more.

We purchased to add to our trim on the stairs. The item is well made and lovely. The price was reasonable.

I bought these to add to the corners of a stove cover i was making and they did not disappoint. The wood was smooth so it didn't look rough when i painted it, and it added just the touch of elegance i was looking for.

Looking at the image online they looked thin. They're actually heavier than I was expecting. I just installed these today and as thick as they are don't use an air gun. I used a 6 gal pancake compressor with 16 gauge nails and it split on me. Figured my fault for not using the Brad nailer. Pulled out the Brad nailer with 18 gage nails and they still cracked. Hand to go with predrilled holes and my good Ole hammer. They are nice aside from nor being able to use my air nailer.

I used these appliqués to rehab some accordion closet doors and they worked perfectly for what i was trying to do! Glue them on with some construction adhesive and a nail gun although the nail did break some of them but that was probably user error, i just put more glue and stuck it back on there. Might be better to use a staple gun or something with less force but i would buy these again!

They arrived in good condition and I am very pleased with them. They took the stain well and looked like they were made for my 126 year old chest of drawers

Purchase to ad some detail to new wardrobe s painted first then glueed where needed and re painted the whole area!
