Absolutely works as advertised!
My 2015 Ram 3500 6.7 Cummins was running really rough after a fuel filters change. At idle there was a regular pulsing swing from 600 rpm to choking. It was clearly being starved of fuel. I put on brand new pair of Fleetguard filters after the new Mopar filters started throwing an injector rail code and put me in limp mode a couple times. The Fleetguard filters cleared the code and no more limp mode. It ran better but something was still wrong. I figured something was clogging the injectors? Let me try this stuff. On the bottle it says it works right away but may need another bottle in severe circumstances. This product cleaned/cleared up that rough pulsing idle within 2 minutes and my 6.7 is running free again! I highly recommend this product!

Best for my TDIs
Tried all the fuel additives for my TDIs. So far this is hands down the best. Keeps those codes at bay if used properly. So far so good!!!!

3-STARS This is a review on Rislone Hy-Per Diesel Complete Fuel System Cleaner, 500ml. I am giving this product a 3-star review. This product did decreased regen frequency from previous additive, which suggests that it may have cleaned the DPF to some degree or enhances combustion action to burn cleaner. No changes to fuel mileage from baseline were noted. I did not get any engine error codes while using this product. I used 1 bottle of Rislone Hy-Per Diesel Complete Fuel System Cleaner, 500ml. I added the 500ml bottle to 32 gallons of fuel. No check engine lights came on. Vehicle showed no adverse affects from additive. So far, this is the only product that seemed to have made the engine run quieter and smoother. Regen mileage interval with NO additives was 384 miles after receiving vehicle from repair shop. Mileage between regens decreased from 384 miles (baseline) to 323 miles. A product used 2 tanks before, dropped mileage interval below baseline mileage. This product gave my vehicle a decrease of 61 mileage between regen intervals compared to baseline numbers. I had previously used Liqui-Moly Diesel Purge 2 tanks prior to this product. Rislone Hy-Per Diesel Complete Fuel System Cleaner gained 25 miles over previously used Wynn’s Turbo Cleaner, relating to regen mileage intervals. I'll base the review on regen mileage gain on previous mileage (not baseline). I did not notice any change in fuel economy. I did not notice any improvement in power. Driving Notes: 35 miles driven during regeneration cycle Soot down to 4 grams. Decreases in regeneration intervals, +25 miles from previous additive. Regen down to 4 grams. No negative affects. Quiet operation and smooth idle. My review is based on product efficiency, any damages to vehicle, check engine lights turning on or off, ability to clear engine codes (if my vehicle has any check engine lights), increase or decrease in mileage, and increase or decrease in regeneration mileage intervals. I will not use price as a factor. You will have determine if product is worth the cost. These products may or may not save you costly repairs or replacement. I cannot determine if these products can or will damage your vehicle. My vehicle has no check engine light or error codes. My vehicle is in good working order with no current issues during this review. My vehicle has over 200,000 miles. This is a stock vehicle, with a stock (OEM) factory tune installed. Just prior to this test, my truck was not performing a regen cycle. Repairs were done which included a new 9th injector, new DPF pressure monitor. The pressure monitor measures pressure before and after the DPF filter. The difference in pressure allow computer to estimate how much soot has accumulated in the DPF filter. A force regen was also performed on my vehicle and a passive regen performed before I received my vehicle from repair shop. Vehicle is performing as it should. Test drive is relatively the same and consistent. 49.5 miles one way, with a drive time of about 56 minutes. There is a gradual 1129 foot elevation gain one way and 1129 elevation loss the opposite way. There is some surface street driving, some freeway driving, and most of drive is highway. Hope this review helps. I will be writing more reviews on other diesel additives. I have some data from other additives for comparison listed below. Most products seemed to help and a couple seemed to worsened DPF performance during testing. You should not compare the towing data for comparison. I have just added it to show that towing will change data. Towing will increase exhaust gas temperatures and should make the DPF more effective. My regen mileage intervals increased, decreasing regen frequency, while towing. There are many factors that affect the DPF performance. The factors that I noticed (on my vehicle) are outside temperature, humidity, and EGTs. Lower temperatures decreased DPF performance. Higher humidity decreased DPF performance. Higher outside temperatures and lower humidity seem to increase DPF performance. Higher EGTs such as towing increased DPF performance. Amazing item.
I use it every 4800 miles on my diesel engine and it works amazing. Also, adds MPGs and car runs better continuously.

I use it every 10,000 miles on my VW TDI at the regular service intevals, and although it isn't required or recommended, it doesn't void the warranty. I've found a very noticeable difference when using it before filling up. The engine starts and seems to accelerate a little more smoothly when used, but after a few fill ups, the benefits seem to dissipate. Perhaps, its the increased Cetane this additive provides..? Anyway, my only negative is that the bottle idicates every 5,000 miles, but at $10.00+ per bottle, I'm not so impressed that I want to spend the money that frequently.

Routine Maintenance
I use this to keep my 2012 diesel running it's best. I put it in the tank every 6 to 12 months depending on my mileage. I see better mileage and feels stronger to me.

Not for me
It didn’t do well in my truck seem to have to much of a drying agent… my truck ran terrible put in some atf and boom!! Runs awesome again

Top WAY too tight.
I like this product . In the winter I put a bottle of this in my tank when I fill up . That said, however , here recently it has become very difficult to open the bottles . This last one was WAY STUPID !!! I had my grown son leaning down on the bottle with all his strength while I used one hand to hold the bottle upright and the Other hand had a pair of large channel locks to turn the top . I do not understand why these damn things have to be put on so damn tight. There is a foil seal on the top of the bottle to keep the two parts from mixing so that should keep the product in .
