I am happy it is made with food but I did think it was 3 mo supply being 90 capsule but looks like you have to use 3 capsules so it is 1 mo supply. Great company though. Love yr products and careful ingredients. Amazing protein powders.

In the questions, one person asks why the quantity of each ingredient is lower than in other (synthetic) b vitamins available. The thing is, more is not necessarily better. Recent research has found an association between high intake of B6, B9 (Folic acid or Folate) and B12. I intend to research this further, but what I have read already have made me cautious about taking excessive amounts of the B vitamins. These vitamins are suggested to be taken 3 capsules/day. I only intend to take one, which will give me only 100% of the B vitamins I need. The vitamin B12 is high, but it is not absorbed well so the amounts taken in are going to be less excessive. Also, these vitamins contain folate rather than the more common folic acid. Folate is superior because it doesn't need to be metabolized for the body to use it. And, incidentally, natural foods contain folate, not folic acid, so this fact tends to confirm that these vitamins really are derived from natural foods. Overall, assuming that what the manufacturer is true, these are just the B vitamins I was looking for.

I am very versed in supplements and junk vs. quality. If you're not taking PLANT-BASED vitamins – then don't bother. Peak Performance is a very good brand and I am switching many of my supplements to this brand as I do more research. I like knowing that my body is actually absorbing my supplements instead of just peeing them out.

I liked the idea of a whole food based vitamin, and I believe this to be a quality product. However, I am someone who is very sensitive to things that interact with thyroid hormones - too much iodine, the amino acid Tyrosine, etc. The kelp in this turned me into a rage monster after taking it for a week. If you're sensitive, this may be an issue for you as well. If you're not, I'd recommend.
