HOLACA Protective Case Silicone Cover for Ring Stick Up Cam (3rd Gen)

Excellent protection if you are using outdoors. It fits perfectly and doesn't restrict view or power connector. Definitely worth the inventment to protect your Ring camera and it looks great!

I couldn't find a Ring Stick Up Cam in black, so I purchased the white cameras and found these covers. I was looking for black cameras because our rental house is a darker blue and I didn't want the cameras to stick out like a sore thumb. These are great quality, well priced, and are easy to install. It can be a tad bit annoying if you have to change the batteries regularly (you have to roll up the bottom, unscrew the top, then remove the battery) but to protect cameras from the elements and to hide the white of the camera, great find.

Although I was not aware this was going to be soft, rubber material (I guess that is what is meant by silicone) - I thought it would be hard plastic in a 'birdhouse' shape - it does stand up well and actually keeps my non-Ring camera quite dry. Although the material is a bit thin, it is still very well made. I have an indoor camera that I wanted to see if I could use it outdoors. Based on the dimensions, it should have fit over it quite well. However, there is molding material in the 'eave' of the casing that reduces the dimensions by about a 1/2". This makes the casing wobble a bit over the camera - but it does work - and it keeps it dry, surprisingly; camera still functions quite well.

I have several outdoor cameras and each of my cameras has this cover. It works really well at keeping snow, ice, and rain away from the actual camera. I also have one near a bird feeder, and it keeps bird droppings off the camera. Every time I go to change my batteries and I remove the cover, the camera still looks brand new. It’s nice to know it is well protected.

I ordered a couple of these covers 2 years ago and they have held up well. I unevenly sprayed some dark green paint in them to camouflage them a bit in the front yard. They felt a bit tight so I simply cut them up the back to make removal easier (for me, anyway.) I finally got around to ordering 2 more for the back yard. Mostly I observe my bird fountain up close with one of the stick up cams--that I find entertaining, especially since I can't sit out on the deck all day seeing who shows up. :-) The 2nd cam has "rover" duty--goes where needed. The latest was to monitor the squirrel that started to show interest in my expensive patio chair cushions. The nighttime videos are even more fun with all the various critters that wander in and out of view on the deck. So, the very 1st night I put the new covers on the cams, here comes the mamma raccoon (3 kits grown and gone); the video records chaos--whiskers, skinny determined hands, crazy motion. Next morning--no cover anyplace. The yard guys and the person who just restained our fence did not see it either. I still can't fathom why that raccoon would wrangle that cover off the cam and carry it off? She's also obsessed with the plastic fountain nozzle, so I have to take it in at night. I'll be ordering another one as soon as I'm done here.

I installed it over my camera at the front of my house and the snow and rain doesn’t effect my view

Always disliked having a white camera sticking out like a sore thumb on our driveway. This kinda solves that, and adds a little protection from the elements

I like this add on to my camera because it helps blend it in and doesnt give it so much of a camera look and what I dont like is I have to keep pulling straight down on the camera because the silicone ends up bulking up

It's very disappointing to have this product, not like in the picture,not even description was given what's included, its only cover that Hut shaped, not the wall bracket.... I will never trust this seller again... Paid too much for the cover
