Love this All-Bran cereal! I used it for cereal but also use it to make bran muffins. They are full or fiber and great taste with milk.

gi doctor life hacks- incorporate 1/2- 1cup of this cereal into your diet every day and youll never have to visit them for bloody toilet water- my friend went into emergency room for hemorrhoids- had a colonoscopy and this is literally what he was prescribed to fix the problem. no joke. the fiber content is awesome. put it in smoothies, yogurt, other cereal or just eat it with milk. it tastes pretty bleh and it chewy- gets stuck in teeth/ need to brush after. but its not the worst taste and hides in well with other foods as i mentioned.

It has both soluble and insoluble fiber and they stay intact in the bag remarkably well. Doesnt taste or smell like much but bran is bran. You bought it for the fiber.

My GASTRO doctor recommended this brand. It is good and makes me go to the bathroom. However, too small, too expensive. I can’t keep up buying almost every week. The taste is not as good as a regular flakes, I eat it for my health. I like it though. But, like a said. Too expensive.

This is a wonderful cereal. It's the only one that does not taste like cardboard. Unfortunately, as it is packaged in Mississauga, Ontario, the Orange Wizard levies a 200% tariff and takes your goat. WORTH IT.

This cereal does what I bought it for keeping me regular. Better than the shredded version, & better texture.

I really enjoy this product! I generally add this to my oatmeal and Special K cereals.
