Not Worth The Cost
This product did nothing for me. It's advertised to cure all kinds of ailments from acid reflux and high blood pressure to skin disorders and sinus problems. For one, the soft gel capsules are huge and the recommended dose is 2 capsules a day, so one bottle of 60 capsules only last one month. At $35 a bottle, I don't need it. Anyway, the problem I had was I kept burping up the nasty taste of this product and it didn't matter if I took the capsules before or after eating. I would burp up the nasty taste quite often and I didn't like it, so I stopped taking it. Plus, it did nothing for my acid reflux, sinusitis or scalp psoriasis.

Potential GI tract irritant
I began taking this for overall health. The recommendation was 2 capsules daily. I took 1 daily for about 5 days then started having severe intestinal cramps and vomiting. My throat and intestinal tract was so irritated I was vomiting and passing small amounts of bright red blood. The cramping was fiercely painful and lasted for 3 days. I cannot say with absolute certainty that these capsules caused the symptoms, however, I have never experienced this before and have not experienced it again since I stopped taking the capsules. I know the oil is quite potent as I have a bottle of it for cooking, but have never tried it in capsule form. I believe the "Golden Oil" is a good product; but I would caution anyone that considers themselves as having a sensitive GI tract. I didn't think I did until taking these capsules.

Rotten product
I've bought this direct from Peak pure and natural, and what I got was obviously rancid, it was all discolored, Will not buy it again from anyone other than Peak pure and natural.
