Did exactly what I expected!
Was easy to install, per the instructions. I unrolled it on the garage floor and let it confirm to the floor before installing permanently. I even drove over it to see how it would feel. You must buy the adhesive separately. It took a full tube to do the job. I highly recommend, you follow the instruction as to cleaning good before installing. For a 16 foot garage door, I had about 3' leftover. Seems to be a bit wasteful. I can't think of a practical use for the scrap. My garage floor has a bit of a bow, high in the middle, this along with the seal in the bottom of the door closes the problem gap I've put up with for over 20 years. I didn't know this stuff was available until I went to Lowe's looking for a new bottom door seal. The sales rep suggested that this was a better fix for my problem even though they didn't stock it. He even took the time to show me the product on the internet. The strip has been down for a month now and is working perfectly. The weather has gone from the 70s to the 20s with no problem The garage is definitely warmer this morning at 25 degrees. I now need to order a strip for my shop 10' overhead door!

Gets the job done
There are a ton of adhesives out there that can be used so pick your poison. For the most part they will all do the job. Clean the area good and an extra set of hands is helpful. Take your time to layout where you want the strip to go and mark the area. Clean the area as best you can. Remove the strip and put down your adhesive. I went too heavy and had some adhesive leaking out the front and back, so use enough but be conservative with it. Also make sure that the door can put pressure on the strip when down. After I was done everything came out fine. A few months in and there are no signs of wear on the strip. It does a great job of keeping water and debris out. If you're worried about insects and such, they're going to still find their way in. Best bet there are glue traps. Overall I'm happy, If I had to change anything I would definitely take more time with the installation next time. If done right this strip should last years.

Great product at less than half the price of others!
Overall the product is exactly as described! Easy to install and seems doing a great job. I purchased this product specifically to eliminate water from coming in under my garage door. We have had a number of storms in the area since being installed, and it has worked perfectly. I am a somewhat sceptical shopper not always trusting reviews, but for my application this product is awesome at a much lower price than many others. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I feel too many people give products 5 stars without really using them... this product is great for me however I can not yet speak to the durability of the product since I have only had it a month or 2.

Installation was easy. Trimmed with a pair of scissors. Placed in the sun for a couple hours to get to lay flat. Great buy, recommend this item.

Solves the problem.
This seal solved the problem of water sneaking under the door seal on a roll up door in a brand new metal shop. I used Liquid Nails FUZE as the adhesive since I was gluing rubber to concrete. I rolled out the seal to warm up in the sun to get it to lay flat for installation. I roughed up the rubber on the bottom with 80 grit sandpaper before applying the glue. I would recommend this product.

Great product
Had a water problem in my garage. Replaced the bottom seal on my garage door and it improved water coming in during a rain, but not fully. Since I put this down, it completely solved my problem. While you could just lay this down, it is best to glue or stick it to your garage floor. I used a silicone adhesive that worked great and keep water from seeping under.

No more leaks
No more weather coming into my garage. Thanks to the door bottom threshold. With an uneven two car garage door floor the door seal was not sealing all the spots. With the threshold we are good to go. No more leaks or any other weather elements coming the bottom of my garage door. Easy to install, great instructions. Thanks for a quality product.

would be perfect, if it were actually a full 20' like advertised
have two 10' garage door openings (10 feet EXACTLY)...so i bought the 20 foot roll of this. sadly the 20 foot roll was only 19feet 9 inches leaving a significant gap at the bottom of the second door. def shouldnt have to buy an entire separate length just to make up the missing length they advertised...so all in all a good bit disappointed. that said, the length that fits the 10' span is perfect for under a garage door to keep debris/water out.
