Game-Changer for Busy Moms!
The Medela Magic InBra Hands-Free Wearable Breast Pump has been an absolute lifesaver. It’s comfortable, discreet, and truly hands-free, which makes pumping so much easier to fit into my day. I love how it fits right inside my bra without feeling bulky or awkward, and the suction is powerful yet gentle—very similar to Medela’s hospital-grade performance. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which is perfect for pumping at work or while caring for my baby. Cleanup is simple, and the parts are easy to assemble and wash. I’ve noticed great milk output without sacrificing comfort, which is huge for me. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality wearable pump that gives you freedom without compromising performance, this one is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Glitchy from day one, but still the best pump.
First of all, this thing has glitches. They might even start from the first time you use it. Why am I still giving it 5 stars? So far, glitches are all they are, and they're manageable. The comfort of the breast shields on this pump is by far the best I've experienced, and the suction is on par with a hospital pump, even when it's not plugged in and running portable. I have a large chest, so the rims of pump shields will invariably cut into my breast tissue; these have a soft rim, so it's more comfy than others. The kit also comes with two sizes of flanges, the second being a smaller size instead of a bigger one (like a Spectra comes with), so that's a plus for me, since I need the smaller flange. The extras are nice, like the little bottle holder and the freezer pack - I've definitely used these. The pump is overall quite portable and I can generally pump at least twice without charging it, which I don't usually do, because of the glitches. Which I'll go into now. The glitches seem to be related to the power cord or the connection with the cord. You need to really watch when it's plugged in and make sure it's making a connection - you should see the little lightning bolt to indicate it's plugged in, and it should stay steadily lit. If it's not, you need to unplug it and replug it, mess with the cord position, whatever works. You will definitely see the thing come on with CALL on the display, indicating it's broken and you need to call customer service. If it's plugged in when that happens, unplug it, then turn it off. When you turn it back on, it should be fine again. If not, turn off again and back on again until it clears. It happens to me multiple times a day, from day one, but so far it hasn't been actually broken and I haven't had to really call. It definitely freaked me out the first time it happened, though. As long as the glitches stay mere annoyances, I'm very satisfied with this pump. It's as comfortable as pumping can get, portable, powerful even without being plugged in, and as effective as a Symphony. It takes a little patience sometimes, but it's overall very worth the price to me. (I paid for it, since I got a Spectra with my insurance, and this one wasn't offered.)

Love it!
I am obsessed with the Medela Magic InBra! It’s truly a game-changer. It’s comfortable, discreet, and fits seamlessly into my bra without feeling bulky or awkward. I love how easy it is to use and how it allows me to be hands-free while still getting great performance. The design feels thoughtful and high quality, and it makes pumping so much more convenient and stress-free. If you’re looking for something that simplifies your routine and actually works, I can’t recommend this enough!

Love the Magic InBra!!
The Magic InBra breast pump is wonderful . It is pretty quiet and slim in your bra. The LED light helps with nipple alignment to get accurate placement. The suction and pull has consistently increased my milk supply. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a wearable and get great results with comfort.

It didn’t live up to all the hype for me.
I did a ton of research and these are my nails thoughts after experiencing the pump firsthand. Unfortunately, I already returned the pump so I can’t attach pictures - but all the reviews are 100% true regarding the crappy screen readability. Some numbers you can’t even tell what they are because of how terrible the lights are. The suction power and/or the flanges, or maybe the combination of the two, actually hurt me to use so that’s the primary reason I returned it. The positive is that it was sooooooo quiet! But that wasn’t enough reason for me to keep it when it was so much more uncomfortable and less efficient than the spectra pump. Also, the pump parts are tedious to clean and most difficult to replace because they are so unique to the medela pump. And finally, the bottles and the flange connector do not work well together at all. It constantly feels like it’s going to break the thin flexible plastic of the top, because when you screw then together it feels like it isn’t tight enough, but when you tighten further it snaps out because the plastic is flexible. (It’s hard to explain without showing the parts, but it was really terrible.) Also, I didn’t like that you couldn’t see your nipples with the flange covers because I’m not a mama that can always detect my let down, but seeing when my milk begins flowing guides me on the settings to tweak. That is something I LOVE with the spectra also, much more customizeable suction and speed settings. I can get three let downs sometimes within 25 minutes when watching the milk flow and adjusting when necessary to maximize output efficiency. This one adjusts the speed and suction together with each level and you cannot change one without the other (like keeping the same speed, but changing the suction). I tried trusting the suction settings they programmed since it was raved about to be so similar to the incredible symphony pump, but it was less efficient for me than a spectra pump. Overall, I just didn’t really enjoy any part of this pump besides the noise level. And I’ll get over that with a slightly louder, but better pump all around. Bummed, because I realllllly wanted to love it and the cooler, bag, and bottles the set came with were great. Oh, and the “handle” is awkward too. 😂 I just didn’t love it and I’m thankful for the ability to return it since it didn’t work for me.

This pump is INCREDIBLE! Super convenient, easy to use, and can be taken on the go - helpful as I already have a toddler so makes it easy when going around. The pump is quiet and the suction is very strong, no matter what I was doing. It is comfortable and I wore it pretty much anywhere, as it was able to fit in any bra I wore. The price is worth the reward and I would highly recommend this pump!

Great idea, but has a few kinks. Not the best option for those who have to pump every 2-3 hours as there are a lot of pieces to the pump and hard to do the fridge hack. Additionally, if you do not assemble the pump correctly, ie., don’t push the membrane in all the way, the pump pauses, but it doesn’t indicate what the issue is. It just stops and you’re left guessing what you did wrong. Battery life is okay, although I found you could only pump 2-3x (for about 15 mins average) on a single charge. Couldn’t pair both cups. Only one of the cups would pair to Bluetooth. You also cannot pump while it’s charging, which isn’t great if you use it a lot/don’t have time to fully charge between use. And you cannot see how much it is charged unless it is paired, you unplug, turn it on and check the app. Would like to see it come with a case, it should indicate what’s wrong in the assembly via the app so you can troubleshoot and keep pumping.

No lo compren…. No tiene garantía en Medela…. Es una lástima que un producto tan caro no tenga garantía con la propia marca…. Se descompuso y me ofrecen un pump style, que ya lo tengo y es mucho menos efectivo que el sonata

I purchased this pump as an exclusive pumper- this is my second baby and second time exclusive pumping. I am also a NICU nurse and am well versed in the pumping world. I wanted something hands free to be able to pump on the go and keep up with my first child. I pump 6x/day and have had it for 5 months now. Would I purchase this again as an EP? I dont think so. For intermittent hands free pumping now-and-then to supplement breastfeeding, I would say it would do the job. I find it has a lot of parts to clean and if you dont re assemble it perfectly you will often just have it shut off or not work. I have had so many issues with the pump not wanting to charge when plugged in, spontaneously just shutting off while in the middle of pumping or not having a good seal/suction and turning itself off. The app is too basic I find not giving any specific messages as to why errors occur, the estimated milk volume is totally off and lots of times it won't even Bluetooth connect. I also wish it would keep a daily tally of how much you have pumped etc like the other medela app (how come the apps dont communicate?!) The pump cant be charged when on, and you have no way of knowing what percent charged it is unless it is on and running in the app. Kind of annoying. Function wise, if they could iron out many of the kinks it would be a decent pump. The suction is good- almost too good! I pump on the lowest 2 settings. My milk supply increased once I started using this pump compared to my freestyle I was using before. If you regularly pump more then 150ml a session (if you have an oversupply) this pump would not be great as it doesn't warn you or anything its full and just leaks out. This wasnt really an issue for me as I only really have to watch for this with my first morning pump. After about 2 months of owning this and feeling frustrated, I phoned medela and the customer service was great I will have to say- they sent me an entire brand new pump on warranty. The same issues continue however. This is the first release of their hands free in bra pump and maybe after it being on the market a while, they will be able to tweak the issues and re release it with these fixed. Overall, it isn't a bad pump -when it works- its great- but there is so many things that are frustrating about it for exclusive pumping. I have been using it for about 5 months now, on my second set of pumps- I am likely going to wean soon so am toughing it out. For the price point I would expect better of the pump and the app. The convience is amazing though! I pump when bottle feeding, driving, doing the dishes, vacuuming, playing with my older child etc. In that regard it is life changing!
