Useless. Hangs directly under the faucet so you cannot hang hose on it. Made of cheap plastic so will break in no time at all. Hanger is too short so when you hang it on the faucet, there is no space to rest the hose.

This is made of heavy duty plastic and works exactly as expected. I'm using it to hold a 50' expandable hose and it's more than strong enough for the task. Haven't really used the thermometer function but for the price paid I frankly wouldn't care if it didn't work - it's holding the hose up and looking neat while doing so.

Got it for an expandable type hose. Although a tight fit on my spigot it works as intended. The thermometer wasn't anything I cared about however, it's a joke and doesn't work (as mentioned previously) and it's NOT big and bold (as described) it's pretty small - LOL. Regardless ~ fairly inexpensive, it won't rust, convenient and easy storage. Beats leaving my hose plopped on the ground or using a shepards hook to hang hose on. Can't imagine using this for a normal type hose over 25' if that would even fit well.

This product sucks. Within 1 month the hose started leaking. I only used it about 4 times, and now I cannot return it because it's more than 39 days since I bought it. I think a product like this Gould last more than 30 days, let alone 4 uses . DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It's if low quality and they have no guarantee.

Does the job but the thermometer does not show exact temperature. But as for the hanger it withstands cold temps.

For anyone who thinks this hose hanger is too small, it's because they are using it to hang a traditional garden hose. This hose hanger has "expandable hose," "pocket hose," "shrinking hose" in the description, and the Amazon photo shows it holding an expandable hose. I have a 100 foot expandable hose, and this is plenty large enough to hold that. My only problem is there is an obstruction below the faucet that makes it hard for me to hang as it was designed -- not the fault of the hanger. I had to improvise and hang it above the faucet. It works exactly as it should. The thermometer read over 100 °F, and it's not that hot here, so I took out my trusty infrared thermometer and double checked. While it's only in the 70s outside, the sun's rays were hitting the thermometer directly and heating it up. I aimed the infrared thermometer on the hanger's thermometer and it was indeed over 100 °F. If you are getting a reading that appears off, this may be the problem. To get a better reading, I would need to hang it in the shade. I don't think I'll do that, though. I bought this for the hose hanging, not the temperature gauge.

The item is plastic and not strong enough to hold a garden hose. Could maybe hold an extension cord. Also only big enough to hold about 25 feet of hose.
