Really love the quality and effectiveness of this brand.

For those of you, who have troubles swallowing large pills, you might want to avoid taking these. I, personally, don't have troubles with them.These come in a gel capsule and don't have any flavor or smell to them.I feel better when taking these.I, accidentally, bought some others thinking these were the same ones. I have noticed the difference. When the ones I have, without Coconut Oil, are gone, I'm ordering these again.

In order to absorb Vitamin D3 (the only one you should be taking), it must be in combo with a fat. So, this Swanson Vitamins D3 is combined with Coconut Oil & very well priced.

I purchased this solely on price and reviews and I'll be sticking with it. Started taking Vit D3 last year to help with depression. Felt positive results from the other brands, but feeling even better with this one. I didn't realize this when ordering but learned after that coconut oil can also help with mood/depression. So I'm not sure if that's why I'm liking this brand so much more (past brands were straight D3, no coco oil)...but it's working and I'm grateful.

I love these vitamins, I was feeling a bit light headed and with the blues. I went to the doctor and it turned out I was deficient in vitamin D. I started taking these and I have been feeling better.

My endocrinologist Dr. Recommended these specifically because of the oil and it's supposed to help absorb the vitamins better and my Vit D is very very low. So naturally I got them immediately because he said to but I'm unable to take these because they are giant size!!! If I had known they were horse size pills I absolutely would not have purchased. I'm thinking this Dr. Must have investment or kick backs from these or something because he really pushed for these. I can't tolerate pills that are this gigantic so here they sit and now I have no money for different vitamins yet. Totally bummed and I got to get my levels up somehow...I will not purchase these ones ever again though.
