So practical and useful
I bought some of these when I was rebuilding the door to my garden shed. They are amazingly useful, and am so glad I invested in them. Additionally, you can break apart each shim so that you multiple smaller shims of the same size. I haven't done that, but may need to in the future, if I need more. Otherwise, as is, they are a fairly good size. Even if you just broke each on in half, you have an adequate sized shim. They have so many uses, so it's totally worth the money.

The number included is a lie.
There are 5 of each, not 10. The photo above shows the full size. The package says 40 pieces, and there are only 20. I needed 40, I paid for 40, and I received 20. Nowhere does it say you should cut these in half in order to use the product. Which requires me to buy them again and again, as they have become indispensable. I find myself using them most often for cleaning in every remodeling process. They are great scrapers against finished surfaces--- like your fingernail, only more durable, longer reach, harder, and sharper. Yesterday I used them to scrape dried thinset and grout that had splattered on an acrylic shower. Also for cleaning up wet grout in an inside corner against a painted surface. Great for scraping off paint splatters too. Unsurpassed for finishing off a wet bead of caulk. Best thing for cleaning up glue squeese-out. Try it on glass windows that have something hard stuck to them, like bird droppings. Also good for shimming of course. Used them in the tile job in addition to the tile shims, when I needed that 1/32 red shim to just even things out.

So convenient...
Love these, ordered several times. I think they're a little pricey, but, they save so much time in my cabinet and countertop leveling it's worth it.

You don't know it yet, but you need these! Handy indeed.
These shims are so helpful and seem pretty accurate. I was re-purposing an old kitchen cabinet and resizing it into a rolling workshop cart. Having built custom sized drawers for the cabinets, I realized "THESE THINGS ARE JUST WHAT I NEED TO SHIM THE DRAWERS TO GET THEM LEVEL!" Worked great! I've also used them to set the blade height of my router on the router table and table saw. A few important things worth noting are: (1) While most sizes are sturdy, the edges of the 1/32" can get bent out of shape if jammed; and (2) You can't have too many! The package includes five of each, which can be an issue for bigger projects. When I needed more 1/2" shims, I ended up stacking two 1/4"ers, but I really would like to have had more of each size. Guess I'll be ordering more! Ha!

Good product for fitting drawer faces
I use these shims when fitting drawers on furniture I've built. They are my favorite.

These are really handy shims
I find I'm using these a lot for temporary uses, rather than 'sacrificing' them in the construction of something. I will mention that the count of shims in the advertising assumes that you are breaking each shim in half. I have not done that - I prefer having a larger shim for (re)use. I still feel even with half the number of expected shims, this is a useful product for which I'm sure I will continue to find new uses.

Finally - shims that are consistently sized!
These well designed shims are made of a very durable plastic so they don’t compress much and they are perfect for outdoors too. They range in size from 1/32” to 1/2” and are color coded so you know exactly which one to grab. You can also stack them to fill any sized gap. I use them for leveling cabinet bases, spacing ship lap cabinet backs, and holding inset doors in place to mark hinge locations. I’ve also used them to mount and align small motors (they also help dampen the vibration). They’re slightly more expensive than the Hardware Store cedar variety, but for all the reasons above, well worth it.

Great as shims but can do more
I’ve tried other plastic shims but these are best I’ve found so far. An alternate use is for sanding in tight places using adhesive sandpaper.

Good idea but...
The idea is good, and if you only need to use one of these I guess they'd do the trick. My issue was these weren't thick enough and its not possible to stack them because there is not enough grip / friction for stacked shims to stay in place.
