How many gallons (or liters) does this product treat?

Focus is made to mend the food with medicines only as mentioned on the product.You cannot just put the focus directly into the water like metroplex.

How does it àffect plecos?

It didn't bother my rhino pleco at all.

Is it a liquid or a powder? Can you split the packaged amount for more than one use? (How do you measuere it?)

It is a powder. Focus makes the powdered medicine stick to the food, and somehow, my Discus will eat the food with the medicine, seem to not taste it, and then get better. The Seachem website recommends the following recipe: - 1 TSP fish food. I.E. Frozen Brine Shrimp - 1 scoop Focus - 1 scoop medicine. IE. Metro, Kanaplex, etc. - Garlic Guard. I use 1/2 tsp - 5 drops Vita Chem drops (my idea) I use a worm cup to dispense, so it doesn't fall on the ground.

Is Focus a powder or a tablet? Can it take cold weather conditions when being shipped? Thank you
