Love this MCT Oil Powder but it is very expensive so I switched over to another organic brand. Dutch Chocolate is my favorite. I tried some of the other flavors too. It mixes well in shakes and that's how I use it. Recommended!

This MCT powder has been a game changer for my mornings. The Dutch chocolate flavor tastes great in coffee or smoothies, and it blends smoothly with no clumping. It gives me a steady energy boost without the jitters, and it helps me stay full longer during the day. I like that it’s keto-approved and gluten-free. Definitely one of the better-tasting MCT powders out there.

It does what I expect. Adds mental clarity, energy boost and gets my bowels moving, plus tastes great. However, I am a fan of stevia instead of sugar which many reviews complain about the sweetness factor. My only dislike is the oversized handle on the scooper. It is way too long even for the wide opening. I save my scoopers from various powdered add-ins just in case one is missing (has happened to me before) or for this reason. The scooper was buried so deep in the powder that I would have had to use a spoon to rescue it. Instead I used a previously saved one that is perfect. I made at least 5 cups of coffee with it before finally spotting the buried one.

Could not drink anything with it. Whatever was used as sweeter destroyed the taste, normally you could use a table spoon of the mct oil powder in your drink, but if do that with this product it will be undrinkable.

Tastes way too sweet, would of tasted much better if it had less sweetener and more of a bitter cocoa flavour. But as its probably geared more towards American consumers this is too be expected. At least it contains a natural sweetener though. Didn't really find this helped with my weight loss but obviously helped me increase my daily fat intake. No noticeable impact to how many pounds I lost in a week. I wouldn't buy it again but if you're struggling to consume fats on keto then this is a good thing to use. Ive only tried it as a drink so far, mixed with no added sugar almond milk. Mixed with water it was foul. You can add it to your baking, and it may taste better than it does when you drink it but I've yet to try that. Worth a try but it's expensive for what it is and their are cheaper ways to get fat into your diet.
