Compact and durable! It’s the perfect color and size for our small kitchen. I love that it’s dishwasher safe too! A little bit more expensive than typical but I know I’ll have it for years to come.

Excellent cutting board with a solid and durable feel. The size is perfect for everyday cooking, and the surface is gentle on knives while still being sturdy. Easy to clean, lightweight, and looks great in the kitchen. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a great cutting board. Holds up well in the dishwasher, and is firm when a knife is cut against it! This is a great price for a epicurean product too.

My wife likes to cook, so she asked for this fancy cutting board for Christmas. She was a good girl last year, so Santa obliged. She absolutely loves this cutting board. In an in-depth interview with her about it, she gave the following reasons why: 1) No micro-plastics. This cutting board is made of paper... which is weird, but strangely cool. 2) It's dishwasher safe. 3) It doesn't stain. (see picture with plastic cutting board) 4) Decisive cutting. It has a very hard surface; harder than plastic. 5) The hole makes it easy to grab and pull out of the cabinet. 6) Very sturdy and durable, yet lighter than plastic. She said she likes it so much, she wants to also get other sizes. The cutting board is really thin, about half as thin as her old plastic one (see picture), which means she can store two of these in place of one plastic board. As a dude, my take on this cutting board is it's very rigid and tough... so tough I'd compare it to the toughness of my Toyota truck; which on the toughness scale ranks up there with the cockroach. I'd even bet a Slurpee this cutting board could double as a medieval battle shield in a pinch; though I'd never want to test that theory. It's a little pricey, but that's what toughness demands. After just over a month of regular family use, my wife is extremely pleased with her new cutting board... and that means Santa earned himself some badly needed honey points. Yes! A win for Mr. Claus!

i'd give 4.5 stars if I could. This board handles well, cleans easily. This purchase was one driven by me- my wife wasn't convened until we purchased one locally and used it. She was instantly sold. Yes, it will get grooved with very sharp knives (like our Shun blades) but you learn quickly to adjust your technique, and the board self-heals to an extent. You also can't have unreasonable expectations for a board of this composition. We have some seriously nice cutting boards (and they are clunky and cumbersome) and my wife wanted to get away from the nylon/plastic boards for heath reasons as well as taking care of her knives. This one did initially have an odor when washed for the first time before use, and since then it has been completely neutral and zero smells. We handwash our boards. (we have two of these in different sizes, one being smaller than this one.) One of the nicest things about these boards is in the handling- they are light and slim- not clunky, and act like a wood block surface, but sturdy. Just don't use your serrated knives on it counting on it being impervious to damage....a little sense here goes a long way. Now we just need to add the largest of these to the kitchen.

I have 4 of these boards in different sizes and colors. They are all wonderful. Easy to store and clean. Nice looking. Highly recommend.

This is immediately getting a 1 star from me for the sole fact that the size is not as advertised. Measured end to end, it hits about 14.5" but on the width, it's just shy of 10.5". The 11.25" figure is measured at its widest point, and being it is curved, you are not getting that surface area across the entire board. As someone else pointed out, this thing sheds. Having to sand it down and then treat with mineral oil is dumb. If I wanted to spend time with long maintenance, I would have just bought a more expensive butcher block style. Not to mention, this isn't wood, it's paper. Which means this will deteriorate much faster. Completely disappointed with this. Oh and the smell complaint is absolutely real. I peeled the sticker off and washed it and as soon as the hot water hit it, this acrid chemical smell came off of it. I know some said it smelled of formaldehyde. I'm not sure what that smells like but it's an awful stink. I'm debating tossing this right in the garbage.

C'est ma deuxième planche...plus grande que la deuxième. Celle ci c'est 38x28. J'ai hésité avec le modele au dessus, mais finalement c'est bien assez grand. J'ai découpé un poulet hier soir dessus sans problème. Pour le reste, c'est du EPICURIAN : Oui, ça n'abîmera le fil du couteau, ça passe au lave vaisselle, supporte des températures élevées (sert de dessous de plat)...

Good material for a cutting board!!

This is my 2nd board. The 1st one i received as a gift and I love the solid board. Not only soild and is durable. Currently using the old one for 2 years now. There is no smell after wash & dry

Comodi, leggeri, facilmente lavabili anche in lavastoviglie (anche se sconsiglio di farlo: l'acqua troppo calda mi pare li rovini e non occorre, visto che non assorbono nessun odore neanche se li si usa per affettare cipolle). Indeformabili e anche belli da vedere. All'occorrenza possono essere usati come sottopentola. Consigliatissimi.

Extremely disappointed. After only 20 days of very rare use, the cutting board is already shedding tiny particles from the knife marks. This should not happen with a product advertised for food preparation. Very poor quality. I would not recommend buying this. Waste of money
