I did a search for Locust Bean Gum and this came up. It said it was $5 per ounce, but that was based upon the Locust, Guar and Xanthan Gums combined. The Guar and Xanthan gums are not worth that. I did not read it carefully and I only got 2 oz. of Locust Bean Gum. I opened the outer plastic wrapping and I need it for a recipe today so I will use it, but $28 for what is 4 oz. of Guar and Xanthan gum and only 2 oz. of Locust Bean Gum is way too much. Will consider buying by itself and would be much less expensive. This is a value pack, but poor value.

I mistook the packets for bottles so it turned out to be expensive for me based on quantity
