We have been using this rabbit litter for 2 years and we love it. It does an excelent job controlling the odor, is not dusty, and as a bonus is compostable. My mother who lives with us loves to use it in her garden.

The best paper bedding I know of and far superior for Guinea pigs than other products. It is dust free, controls odor, soft for their feet and easy to keep clean. Just pick up the poop and wet spots, add clean bedding and they are good to go. Fleece can be attractive but unless changed almost daily it "smells" and while less expensive than paper bedding, I don't have the time to do laundry almost daily. I should also note that Carefresh is a terrific company...I received several bags of inferior quality that I had ordered online made by a new supplier to them and they immediately appologized and sent me coupons for free replacements when I reported it to them. Not many companies will do that. Move ahead to May 2018...I don't know what happened to Carefresh but their soft, fluffy paper beddding has been replaced by large clumps of hard pieces of paper that have a chemical smell and do not absorb urine as well. I again reached out to the company which again offered free coupons for replacement bags but the bags in the stores are just as bad so that was no help. I'm afraid to order online because I don't know what I'll receive. In the past I've returned bags to Amazon, Chewy and Petsmart online. I think my days of buying Carefresh Ultra are over and that is really sad.

It’s good for guinea pigs and the cage.

This is great bedding for dwarf hamsters but not Guinea pigs or large hamsters. The odor control only works for small hamsters. I have 2 hamsters and had Guinea pigs in the past and I can honestly say it works well for my winter white dwarf hamster. It never helped for my Guinea pigs and my new hamster a Syrian long haired hamster has his cage smelling in a few days no matter how clean I keep the bedding.

When I was young I used shredded paper. Then it would get stuck to the cage and I'd have to regularly hose down my cage. This bedding is more expensive but has a lot more absorbency so when you clean the cage just scoop out the bad bedding and dump the new stuff in. Love that it comes in fun colors. Worth the price. I clean my entire cage weekly. So I use this whole bag in 2 weeks. This bedding is very soft but gets softer the more they use it. I use this with a dwarf hamster.

Las cobayas alucinan con esto, blandito, calentitas, de tacto suave. Lo único, no es barato y yo que soy maniático con los olores siento que el papel hay que cambiarlo antes q otros sustratos. Yo lo mezcló con viruta de madera sobre todo en las zonas donde hacen más pis y donde beben
