If you are pressing over 315 lbs with no resistance I think you could be well suited with the extra heavy. Anything less, you would likely do better with the heavy. **Q: How many resistance bands are in the package?** A: This are sold as single units. **Q: Would this be the right size for adding resistance to push ups?
