ASICS Men's Platform,Running Shoes

I was not sure I would like buying running shoes online. However, I have had a pair of Asics previously and thought as long as I could find shoes for over pronators (my running style based on having flat feet) and a size 13 Wide, I might be okay. Well, one thing for sure is I can never find 13 Wide shoes at the store so, I settle on 13s (14s are too big) and loosen the laces. Fortunately, online Asics had 13 Wide shoes, so I bought them. However, Asics cancelled my initial order because they were not in stock. I thought I might give Asics another try and I found a pair that I liked more than the previous purchase and I received it in a timely manner. I love these shoes, they are comfortable, look good, and I cannot wait to get up in the morning and put them on to go running. I highly recommend these shoes for over pronators.

I generally do not spend what the price of this pair of running shoes is advertised at. BUT, I have a size 14 flat-foot and my ankles have my feet rolling inward. This was supposed to provide good support and be specific to the way my feet roll in. The minute I put them on and took a few steps, I was sold. They fit perfect. The support is very good. They are indeed comfortable. I wear steel-toed work boots at work which are heavy and tire my feet. These running shoes are a joy compared to them. I do a lot of walking as most of us do when going out to shop or to assorted events. These running shoes don't tire my feet out and I can get in a lot of walking. I will buy another pair when these wear out.

I’ve struggled with shoes my whole life. I have flat feet and a historical foot injury that still troubles me from time to time. A friend recommended Asics, and at the time I had never heard of the brand. Googled around and saw amazing reviews. Ordered and received. The second I put these shoes on I could feel what I’ve been missing for years. The fit is snug and roomy in all the right places. The arch and heel support is perfectly balanced. My feet can breath free. Highly recommend giving it a try. May not be for everyone (especially our hopefully grateful perfect footed fellow humans), but it certainly is for me. Very glad to have found these shoes and look forward to being an Asics customer from here on out.

I ordered these along with the older Kayano 25s with the expectation that there would not be a substantial difference. I was wrong. These shoes feel great. As an overpronator, I cannot emphasize enough how great the arch support feels. It's immediately apparent the moment you put these on, especially compared to the 25s which just didn't compare. My first run felt amazing. These are springy yet soft. Responsive yet cushioned. Sorry 25s, you're getting the boot. I think I'm in love.

This is a very comfortable and well made shoe that looks great and performs well. However, it is slightly smaller in length than expected for this size.

After 15 years of wearing NB 99x shoes, I have found something I like better. While the NB 99x series has been a comfortable shoe, I never got more than 6 months out of them before the sole started to smell bad and began to separate. I have been using this pair of Asics for daily wear for 5 months and they still look brand new after a gentle wash. The comfort and support is as good or better than the 993's. I am probably rougher on shoes than most people and I am amazed at how well these have held up. They are light weight and breath very well. One word of caution to anyone wearing these while climbing ladders of scaffolding. They have a very hard plastic section right in the arch on the bottom of the sole. If that hard plastic part comes in contact with metal such as a ladder rung or scaffold rail, you will slip. I still wear them doing that type of work because they are so comfortable. I just make sure to use the front or rear of the shoe where I get good grip.

My wife had bought a pair and sang their praises so I decided to give them a try. Three days in and I feel a vast improvement in my feet, knees and hips. I have worn high tops for decades and never realized how heavy they were. These shoes feel very light and airy. I would highly recommend!

Easily the best shoes I've ever used for running. Due to quarantine, had to switch to running outside on roads and sidewalks after the gyms closed. Initially, it was a pretty sore/painful transition to make. Shortly after, I made the decision to purchase these kicks and I'm so glad that I did. Much less perceived knee/ankle soreness following a run. Would highly recommend.

Ok so I purchased men's trainers because I have flat feet. Tried women's and far too tight. My GP recommend ASICS because I have arthritis in my lower back and he said it would help lower the impact when I'm in my sports mode. I can honestly say he was correct. Even powerwalking used to aggravate my back but now with confidence I've built up to jogging then running without suffering the pain Previous purchases of trainers with hard soles and memory foam innersoles were not helping at all. What an amazing change They fitted perfectly and no signs of blisters or rubbing after wearing them either unlike other brands I've tried. Yes they are expensive but not really too bad when compared to 'fashionable' brands with little or no support. These are very lightweight extremely comfortable. First time in the washing machine today after 8 weeks of hard wear of outside training because gyms being closed during COVID19 pandemic and they've washed up fantastic Highly recommend and certainly would buy again

Hubby researched and bought these shoes. They are comfy and good quality. When the podiatrist saw them she said they're one of the best shoes. Size and everything as described.

Produit conforme à la description. Je l'ai testé sur 2 courses de 10km sur les quais de la Seine. Confortable, pas d'ampoules, bon soutien, la pression est bien repartie sur toute la surface de la pate du pied. Adhérance à la route 5/5(au début en tout cas). À voir: résistence du matériel. Adhérence sous la pluie. Résistence du gél dans le temps qui repartit la pression sous le choc. Je recommande. Edit du 25/07 2020: je viens de m'acheter une 2nde paire identique: très satisfait au bout de 1000km de course à pieds avec cette paire. Ca coûte, mais c'est une valeur sûre. Achetez les yeux fermés.

I found it highly comfortable and great for long hours of use. I am using it for full day and when come back to home, doesn't feel like getting rid of shoes immediately like I used to do before. Feet does not hurt anymore as I have big toe joint pain and bunion. Recommended.
