Although the product itself is fine, it's hard to keep in place on the body (arm specifically). The straps are adjustable but it doesn't tighten enough to stay in place very well with even just a bit of movement. If you stay completely still in one position then it's okay.

Gel plastic quality is poor. Very thin and can damage after few usages. It is challanging task to put/remove the gel pack to/from the cover which is also poor quality,can damage the cover after few usage.
