Photo is deceiving, but binder is ok
While description did say the binder is orange, the photo shows very yellow. The binder is actually a very bright orange. It did not mention inside pockets and you should know there are no pockets. As far as a very plain 3 ring binder, this one will do the job.

Came in bent out of shape and twisted so that the spine doesn't sit flat. Also doesn't have the clear outside sleeve
