Hello. Is anyone experiencing the machine yielding only a small amount of cotton candy because sugar is escaping from the middle piece?

I bought this and it barely worked the first time. The 2nd time it started smoking and quit working. I've bought 3 different machines before I got one that works. I got the cheapest machine and put the warranty on it and this little one works great for just me and my grand kids. I returned this one but the company didn't want to work with me. I think I got a refurbished one because it had scratches on it and it was dusty and dirty. I had to send it back and I had to pay the shipping. NO I did not get another one. The company didn't even want to give me my money back for their defective machine!!! I will say this, Amazon took care of me! They were awesome! I not only got a credit for the machine but a gift card for the amount I paid for the shipping. I hope you have better luck with this machine than I did! If I had to do it all over again I would pay for the warranty on it that way it would be taken care of without all the hassles I went through. Good LUCK!

No but do not use inside a house. Our smoke detectors went crazy..

Hi. While using this machine, did anyone experience a large sugar ring deposit around the large metal drum? Am I doing it wrong?

You are not doing it wrong I experienced this when my machine worked, I have had nothing but problems with this unit. I even had a replacement machine sent to me and problems again. They told me there is nothing they can do for me

Great Product and Great Vendor!

dissatisfied :-(

This product is very noisy, unlike the picture where there are clamps to hold the the top and bottom together .....the one I got uses screws. Its frustrating to set up and dismantle, did I say ist very noisy. I'm very disappointed with this product. I didn't get what I paid for.

Didnt come with everything that was advertised

This was supposed to come with extra fuses and motor brushes. It did not so because of incomplete packaging, I cannot give a good review of this product. If it doesn't come complete then I cannot give a good review of this product

came defective

never worked right and looked like it had been used before. During 1st use the voltage meter went out on me and the heating element quit working. I am getting a replacement and hoping it works ok, especially since this is not a cheap cotton candy machine.

Do not purchase

Terrible terrible machine, purchased one that shock and moved across the table when using they sent me a replacement that worked once then not again! Waste of money and terrible customer service
