Only thing that works for my pain due to a concussion. This is my 10th bottle. Better than tylenol and ibuprofen

This works well, but is not as well as a pain medication might do because it's not as long lasting pain relief ... only about max 3 hours for myself. Not sure if it goes by weight for the dosage?
