Gator Cases Hard-Shell Wood Case for Standard Electric Guitars, Fits Fender Strat/Tele Style (GWE-ELEC)

I wanted a hard shell case for my Squier Tele, but see no reason for a case to cost more than the guitar itself. This case is the perfect option. I don't need a case that can stand up to rough third-party handling. I'm doing all the transportation myself. It's solid enough to do the job, fits the guitar nice and snug and is lightweight. This is my second Gator case as I have a soft case for my acoustic bass as well. They are well made and durable enough for my needs. Great value for the money. Highly recommended if you're an advanced hobbyist like me.

I have a few Gator items. I'm happy with all the bags and cases. They're well made. It's a way to save a few bucks but not get garbage. This case is a great deal if you ask me. It's a little tight but it's works. I actually like that it's so slim. It's easier for storage and it holds my guitar with it moving around. I have the more expensive case and it's great also. I just wanted to save a few bucks so I got this one. It fits my new EVH 5150 and it also fit my Strat. I'm left handed. So its important that my cases fit universal. A lot of times you will find cases that perfectly fit right handed. You need to check if you're a lefty like me. This will do the trick though. I prefer hard cases over bags for my guitars. This is basic. Has a spot for a bit of cables or whatever. The EVH just fits. If the body was any longer it wouldn't fit. So make sure your guitar will fit. It says it's made for strat style guitars.

Besides the fact that the case is pretty much all I could ask for, especially at this price point, the seller also makes this purchase worth it - the case was packaged well, and they threw in a free two year warranty and a small bag of candy. All the little things go a long way.

I've purchased two of these. I think they're excellent cases at a great price. Obviously, if you gig heavily and they get thrown around by moving gorillas, etc... they're not going to hold up, but what will outside of a ATA road case? As stated, I've purchased two of these. I bought one from a rather large, online, music retailer that includes candy in their packages at the same time I bought my Reverend Eastsider T (a Tele style guitar). One thing you need to know is that a Tele will fit, but there will be about a 2-3 inch gap that the guitar can slide. So, if you open the case and are looking down at the guitar body, it can slide from left to right that distance. There is no slack from front from to back (where the hinges are). Also, once the lid is closed, the guitar is held in place so the guitar is held in place so don't freak out when you see the gap. It's fine. I bought the second one off of Amazon for my 70th Anniversary Player Stratocaster that came with a cheap, good for nothing, gig bag. Unlike a Tele style, the Stratocaster fits perfectly with no side to side or front to back movement. Bottom line, I'd recommend this case to anyone that needs reliable protection at home, or for light gigging (where you are personally handling the instrument for load in/out).

Great little case for the price. Not what I would buy if I were a touring musician playing real nice guitars, but perfect for basic protection of my basic off the shelf Jackson dinky that I do haul around once in a while. The interior padding is real nice. The smaller size fits great in cars and stuff. Looks great, latches are nice and sturdy. I love it. I generally have my guitars on stands but sometimes I like to pack one on a work trip and this is perfect

This is a very impressive guitar case. You can lock it if you want to. What impressed me the most was the perfect fit of my Fender Squier guitar. The inside liner is so soft and just the right amount of storage for my picks. The black color is just what I was looking for. This case looks like its made of a very sturdy material. I want have any worries of traveling with my guitar in case in my car now.

Great case for a hundred bucks. Light duty. Fits my Pacifica 112V like it was made for it.

Wirklich kompletter Schrott, super schlechte Qualität, dünnes Material, schlechte Passgenauigkeit an dem Verschlüssen. Keine Ahnung warum Gator sowas überhaupt verkauft. Dazu kamen auch noch beide der bestellten Koffer beschädigt an, einer komplett für den Schrott und der andere mit Abschürfungen rundum.

j ai reçu recemment cet etuis ne sachant pas trop a quoi m attendre au niveau des dimensions; effectivement le descriptif du produit ne mentionne que les cotes exterieures .c est donc avec une certaine apprehension que je deposais ma PRS S2 custom 24 a l interieur :et la oh miracle ! la belle epouse parfaitement le cocon .du sur mesure je vous dit! pas un poil de jeu( d' ou le titre ) si ce n ' est un tout petit centimetre en haut de la tete .en conclusion : je suis entierement satisfait de mon achat ; fabrication d 'aspect solide et rapport qualité prix plus que corect ; au vu du prix exorbitant qu 'on me demandait chez PRS ('hé oui la S2 US est livrée en house !!! )
