Not really that hard. Just search here for guitar pedal power supplies. 9V 2.1x5.5mm, center negative. Or buy a bunch of 9v batteries

Im new to pedals and would like to know if this comes by itself, if it does what cables do i need?

You'll just need one guitar cable from your guitar to the pedal, and a second guitar cable from the pedal to your amp. The pedal runs on a 9v battery, which is included.

Where is this pedal made?

Taiwan. It hasn't affected the quality of the pedal, or of the sound in any way. Still the best $50 distortion pedal.
