   I am so pissed right now I am telling you. I hate false advertising.Reality:1:First of all the pic shows little Budha is fair colour, but what I get is a dark chocolate colour plus it looks like it just came after playing Holi,The colour of the dress is all on face.. poor finishing.2:Second : they have shown multi colour incense, I got all of them in same brown colour.3:Third: they have shown in their advertisement as to how they are real and different than others in how the incense goes down, guess what it's a normal incense which goes up grrrrrr.4:Fourth: I had to light it twice because it was getting extinguished..These people who are reviewed can't even add a photo other wise I would have NEVER bought. But I will add for you all.I don't care about the scent or weight. Because that's not what I bought it for. I can buy normal incense for that. Why do I have to pay this much and wait.TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY..

This is the second time I got harassed for this particular product, they promised 30 insence stick and I received 27 very small size incense stick but the statue was a good piece, according to Amazon policy I had to return both incense and statue for replacement, second time I got fantastic insence with a defective badly finished statue, this time I called the company they said they will call me, but 2 days gone they did not bother, literally harassed, crafts villa is better for this item,, this time I want just the statue replacement am not going to give the incense. Let me see their customer care now. Disgusting

Would never recommend this to anyone. Do not be mislead with their snap comparison of genuine and duplicate items. The product I received had such a pathetic finishing and the neck was all ruptured. Specially got it delivered to my parents as anniversary gift and was so embarrassed with the quality offered. Snaps attached with the review.
