ViscoSoft Memory Foam Mattress Topper Queen | 2 Inch Response Gel Mattress Pad

I love this topper. I purchased an ultra firm mattress thinking it would help with back pain, but it actually made it worse. This topper has made the bed so comfy and I’m sleeping like a baby, waking with no pain.I do have a couple of large dogs, who, through jumping on the bed, cut scratches into the foam, even though it was covered with a fitted sheet. I’ve since covered it with a thick mattress pad, and that helped a lot. If you have larger dogs, cover the topper for extra protection.

I’m pretty happy with the purchase. I opted for the 2” over the 3” worrying the 3” would be too hard to move around on like some memory foam is. My mattress is nice, it’s just way too firm and makes my whole body hurt like hell, I would wake up with a broken back. This has absolutely turned my body pain around. I still get a tiny bit stiff some nights, I sometimes wish I’d have went with the 3”, but it’s just nowhere close to the pain I was in without the pad and I’m happy with it. It retains its shape well,I do flip it around once a week to prevent wearing it out in the places we sleep but i do that just as a precaution, there’s no evidence yet that it flattens over time and I’ve had it a few months. Getting on it every night is so far just like the first night. I spent a long time researching the densities of different pads, the last thing i wanted was low-density memory foam that you just sink to the bottom of and get no support, and this pad isn’t like that at all, it’s higher density than the cheaper ones and provides nice support. 9.5/10 would buy again.

We got this last year. Our Sleep Number foam topper had to be replaced because our dog clawed huge hole through the foam. Mattress itself is still in pristine order. We keep the bed at our cabin that we visit throughout the late spring and summer. This 2” topper has brought me terrible back pain. Every weekend we sleep on it, I feel chronic lower back pain for 2 weeks before the pain goes away. I’ve tried various settings, but same result. I’m sure it’s a good brand, but 2” is simply not enough to support your body. I’m thinking we’ll need 6” topper next time.

Does keep me cool liked I’d hoped and with just a little movement during sleep, shifts around making it card to easily make the bed each day. Can become frustrating for impatient people like my husband. It’s comfortable though and soft but not too soft.

I put this topper on my existing gel mattress which happens to be a very good one just a little too firm and it made a vast difference in comfort, I mean crazy comfort! I loved it so much I purchased two more for the guest beds. Totally impressed!

Have only slept on it for a week so far but did have great sleeps so far

Exactly what it looks/described. Comfortable and no funny smell...I double it with a pillow top mattress pad for extra cushion.

I've had 2 lumbar surgeries so I'm a side sleeper. My hips and shoulders no longer hurt and I sleep much better. I highly recommend this topper.
