Spenco Rx Orthotic Arch Support Full Length Shoe Insoles, Women's 7-8.5/Men's 6-7.5

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Recommended by my doctor, it solved my plantar fasciitis. I'm ordering more, and putting them in my everyday shoes, work shoes, and house shoes. Very well made, and have lasted over a year so far.

I have some really high arches, so orthotics are an absolute must for me. I've tried a lot of different arch supports, including some pretty expensive ones, and I keep coming back to these. They just work! I also appreciate that you can get these in some pretty large foot sizes. Really good arch supports!

These insoles were recommended by my podiatrist due to my plantar fasciitis and I immediately purchased them without hesitation. I just got this pair of insoles less than a month ago and I am still trying them whenever I run errands like going to the grocery store because at the moment per my podiatrist I should not be doing any walking or running exercises. There is something good about these insoles but at the moment is difficult for me to pin point exactly what it is. These insoles are not relieving my plantar fasciitis pain but they do give some kind of support or alignment to my arch and eventually I hope it helps with my plantar fasciitis. The only thing I do not like is the length of the insoles are long for my shoes; longer for one of the shoes than the other. Even if I push them to the back of the shoe as much as I can, I feel they kind of wrinkle on the front of the shoe or where the toes are positioned. It is not extremely uncomfortable, but I do feel it and I am getting used to it. I do not want to cut the insoles in order for them to fit in my shoes because I do not want to mess up the shape of the insole. Overall, I think this is a good brand of insoles and will be purchasing another pair. In the pictures I posted, you will be able to see the wrinkled portion of the insole, this is how they fit in my shoes; they fit a little long for my shoes. P.S. My size of shoes is women's 7.5 regular and the size of insoles is for women's 7-8.5

Great product, TERRIBLE price. These have risen in price from $28 in June 2025 to $45 in November 2025. I've been buying them for 15 years. I see no reason in the item for a price increase of 30% - other than the fact that these are made in China, and there's currently a 30% tariff on Chinese goods. However corporate headquarters are in South Carolina - which voted for these tariffs. I will need to seek alternatives, this price is prohibitive. Spenco should consider moving their manufacturing to the US, I don't understand why this hasn't happened, it's been 11 months, and of course they'd have known the tariffs were coming, as it was clearly stated in the campaign. Why manufacture in China with your HQ in SC? I'll have to see if I can buy direct from China. I can't count on a company that plans to fail by failing to plan.

I have plantars fasciitis in both feet. These were recommended to me by my podiatrist I ordered them before I left his office. I've been wearing them for a month and my feet feel great! The price is good I just ordered another pair for my work sneakers.

I purchased this product because someone reviewed it and said that the arch supports lasted quite a while. I purchase the size Women's 9 to 10.5. The size worked well because I was able to trim it to fit my shoes. I have flatter feet that cause the ball of my foot to strike improperly which caused a calluses to form at the ball of my foot. I have been to a podiatrist who trimmed it off for me, but this never permanently got rid of the problem. I put my thinking cap on and tried an arch support shoe insert and it stopped the problem, but it wore out quickly. I am trying this product. It has great cushioning and gives great pain relief. It seems to be made of quality material and the arch support is adjustable if necessary. I hope it lasts as others have experienced.

Worked great up until it didn’t. The arch support will collapse eventually. Can be considered a good temporary solution while you’re waiting for custom orthotics

Recommended by my physical therapist and work great. Have purchased multiple. Fit well in most of my size 8 women’s shoes without having to cut them or anything which I have seen on some similar products I have returned. Long lasting and good quality. Helps a lot with any pain in Achilles or plantar fasciitis

Good support for those who have plantar fasciitis. If you can't afford or you don't want to spend a lot for customized insole.

Me han gustado mucho. No tengo ningún problema podológico en particular. Sin embargo, se siente mucha diferencia al caminar o correr distancias largas. Tambíen si se tiene pronación o supinación mejora la pisada.

Sizing was a little off - didn't fit in my shoe. Ended up cutting off the edges to make it work and feels reasonably comfortable

I need to return them. How do I do that. They just aren't the right fit.
